This is the first ever Revdex.com complaint in our years in business.There is no reason for us to accept a deposit if it is refundable Once we take a deposit, we can not sell that trailer to anyone else We take a lot of deposits from customers on special orders and/or on units that are on order As a matter of policy, we always inform them that a deposit is non-refundable, because it prevents us from selling it to anyone else This customer wanted to be sure he would get this trailer when it came in, so he put a $deposit on it Between the date of his deposit and the date he canceled his order (about weeks), we missed out on at least one other opportunity to sell the same trailer This is simply a case of 'buyers remorse' He WAS informedHis request for a refund is NOT valid But I will send him a refund anyway

Between the date of his deposit and the date he canceled his order (about 2 weeks), we missed out on at least one other opportunity to sell the same trailer. This is simply a case of 'buyers remorse'. He WAS informed. His request for a refund is NOT valid. But I will send him a refund anyway.
I disagree with the businesses explanation of the incident. I was NOT told that the $200 dollar deposit was a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit! I called and gave them plenty of time to sell that product to another customer but the man on the phone was rude, abrasive and was angry. I am happy that they are willing to do the right thing and refund my deposit. When can I expect that return to show up in my bank account?
