Worst experience with these guysDidnt even use themDue to their horrible and disrespectul customer servicePlaced a quote request on line have my car shipped to another stateA [redacted] called [redacted] contacted me with a quoteAfter shopping around decided to go with a different transport company because the other compay was super polite and they price matched All AmericanI emailed ***, and said thank you for the info but got chose someone else for the shipping of my carHe got up setAnd said" if its lower then my quote The broker lowballed you" then said"Good luck shipping it" Felt like he was upset that I didnt choose themSo I emailed him back and saidIt was unprofessional of him to get upset and just say im getting lowballed and good luck shipping itHe saidI waisted his time and that I was offered a lowball offerAnd that thats why people like me have nightmares shipping cars That he had been doing this for 10yrs yetHe is so unprofessional and even his vocabulary is soo disrespectfulInstead of just saying Well sorry we couldnt get your buisnessHave a good dayAnd good luck with the shipmentHe was clearly upset and unprofessionalAt the end we kept exchanging words due to his attitudeI would never ever even consider their buisness, if they have people like that working thereCustomer service is horribleWitch is why I chose another company with great service and respect for their customersUnlike the that [redacted] from All american transport! Spam and advertising after I notified company to stop I left my contact information at this website for a quote on 01/22/Since then I have received multiple text messages and phone callsI responded to the text messages to stop all advertising on 01/23/and again today 01/27/I have been receiving harassing phone calls and automated messages ongoing, I just received two calls while writing filling out this complaint

Contract from All American Transport said that pounds of luggage was allowed in car whereas the carrier said no luggage was allowed in the car I had chosen All American Transport to ship my Honda Accord from Kansas to California (Order number: XXXXXXX-EI) on the 20th of May because they had given me the best quote ($590)When the pick up date approached, the representative, Carlos [redacted] said that the only carrier they could get was for $675, which was fine by meThe agreement that Carlos had sent me mentioned that up to pounds of luggage was allowed in the car (trunk and rear seat)I also clarified this multiple times over the phone before signing the agreement, and he said that pounds wouldn't be a problemWhen the carrier [redacted] Inc) finally picked up the car, the driver, Isaac [redacted] told me that I would be charged for the luggage in the car (But did not mention how much he would charge)I told him that I had an agreement with All America

I had my vehicle shipped from California to Nebraska, and the process was seamless Their quote and promised pick up and delivery dates were met The driver they sent was professional, and courteous All promises were kept, and the vehicle arrived in perfect condition All American Transport is more than just a better business they are an exceptional business!

I had my car moved from Atlanta, GA to palm Desert, CA, they are excellent customer service, responds to all phone calls, no hidden charges, dispatcher they use is Rus-Al INC. who are also excellent, they moved my car in 72 hours from Georgia to California, which was amazing. No damage.
