I have resolved the complaint with the business

This is company is awesome!!!! They come to my house around noon, gave me a quote, had the job done, cleaned up beautifully and was done by the same day!!!!! I had a ft tree trimmed and a lot of dead branches taken down The put everything by the curb and said they would be back in the morning with the chipper to take it away I arose at and it was all gone, and completely cleaned up I would not hesitate to hire them again Completely professional and do a GREAT job!!!! Thank you All American Tree Service!!!

I hired *** *** of All American Tree Service on 4/5/to cut down a tree in my backyard and to have the stump at ground level I paid him $for this service However, the tree was cut to about knee height which was not what was instructed and paid *** *** has told me repeatedly that he would be out to correct the work but has never shown to do it He is now not returning any calls or text messages

We signed a contract on 06/23/and agreed to pay $before he started the job and another $after the job was completedWhen he let us know that he did not accept debit/credit cards we had to got to the bank to get cashiers checks as we didn't have any checks
We agreed to meet him on Monday 06/26/when he was to startHe was not there and told us because of the weather he could not make it that dayWe did finally meet him again, gave him the $down payment as he changed the start date on the contract
Because we previously had a house fire we have had a large dumpster in front of the home while it is being totally rehabbedWe verbally agreed to a compromise where James could throw the very small branches and the large trunk pieces in the dumpster but we would take the middle size and use as firewood for our exis

The week before last, the customer showed up on job site and started yelling profanity at my husbandHe has witnessesHe's been trying to get this resolved with her without causing more problemsHe's been so compliant with her, it's ridiculousThe things she's saying; they're liesMy husband
when in and did some tree work for herOn the contract, it stated that he would take everything down for her, including the brush and the firewoodVerbally, however, she asked how much it would be if all of the brush and firewood was left, he knocked $off the priceHe has all of this in text-formWhen he was done, she said I didn't realize there would be this much brush and firewood, can you at least stack the fire wood in my backyard and dispose of the brushHe agreed to do that and he did itHe told her the stump had metal in it, that is why he didn't cut it any lower, he'd already ruined a few chainsYou can't see that until you start cuttingMy husband our employees didn't even drive over the concrete area she's talking aboutShe'd had some construction workers on her property doing work, perhaps they didOther construction guys working are saying the same thing about her erratic behaviorThe week before last, he agreed to cut down the stump for herThis week, he went to her home to cut down the stump, someone had already done it and made a complete mess of everything

I had a 40 ft tree trimmed and a lot of dead branches taken down. The put everything by the curb and said they would be back in the morning with the chipper to take it away. I arose at 8 and it was all gone, and completely cleaned up. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Completely professional and do a GREAT job!!!! Thank you All American Tree Service!!!
