All American Trucking and Transport was hired by my company's relocation and moving company, Sirva, to move my vehicles from Raleigh, NC to Jackson, MS. The trucking company damaged my vehicle in transport (the driver - employee of the trucking company - explained that a truck hit the back on his car trailer where our car was sitting - the truck who hit our car kept driving and did not stop. The trucking company fired the employee and wanted to file the claim under our insurance. We pushed back against that decision and refused to sign the acceptance contract on the car as we did not want to accept a vehicle with a significant damage and Carfax report. We asked the company to pay out the remainder of our loan - in which they verbally agreed over the phone. Unfortunately, the company later retracted this verbal agreement and filed it under their insurance - offering to pay for the damage as well as a rental vehicle. I received an email October 1st stating that they will not be paying out the loan on the car and will be returning our vehicle to us (without a date - our car has been damaged since September 12th - 3 weeks). The company has been verbally rude via phone correspondence. The company expects us to accept a vehicle with a depreciated value and we are unsure if it will ever run the same. I trusted this company with our vehicle and they failed to do the right thing, given their error.

No verbal agreement was made to buy out the vehicle. We did explore this option, but Mr. Spain continually changes the dollar amount he seeks for the buyout. All of these dollar amounts exceed the value of the vehicle prior to transport. The vehicle was brought to a Honda-Certified repair shop, and repairs began quickly after the vehicle was delivered there. The repairs are estimated to complete on 10/10. We have agreed to cover the cost of a rental vehicle (at 2x our contractual amount) since the moment the car otherwise would have delivered, which is going above and beyond in terms of cost and timeline guarantees. What Mr. Spain is demanding is something no insurance company would provide.

We reject Mr. Spain's allegation that anybody was rude to him on the phone. Mr. Spain himself began courteous, but he insists on using profanity and making defamatory false accusations during phone calls.

The coverage offered by insurance and additional non-required accommodations offered by All American have far exceeded contractual and legal obligations as well as industry standards.

I am rejecting this response because:

Please see the attached images proving the following -

- The company offered to pay out our loan and then later retracted the statement once the car was in repairs.

- Evidence that I provided ONE loan amount and did not “continually change the loan amount.” It appears the company is not truthful, in addition to our other ethical concerns.

The company had a duty to deliver our vehicle safely and due to improper practices and negligence our vehicle was significantly damaged - total damage cost was $8,680.50. To be made whole again, we do not believe accepting a vehicle with significant damage regardless of repair (and most importantly - a Carfax report denoting a depreciated value by thousands of dollars on our vehicle) is making us whole as we were before their negligence.

I assume it goes without saying that due to my proof of the company, Mike’s, false accusations that my husband has NOT used profanity and has in fact recorded every conversation (which we can prove).

We request that the company adhere to their word of paying the loan of the car in order to make us whole again due to their negligence. If not, we are prepared to take legal action.

We issued a check to Mr. Spain in the amount of $2888.51 on 11/8/2019. This issue has been resolved to Mr. Spain's satisfaction.

I shipped my Toyota Rav4 from California to Colorado with All American. They provided me updates during the entire transport and were easy to get on the phone if I needed to. When the driver was ready to deliver, he called me in advance to let me know that my street was too narrow for his truck so we coordinated to meet down the road at a gas station which worked out great.

Great experience shipping my VW to North Carolina with All American. I made several calls to shipping companies and received pricing all over the map – and mixed feelings with the service I may receive… All American fell into the higher side of the pricing, but not the highest – and they gave me the option of dropping-off at their Burlingame office for an additional price break. I was initially going to have it picked-up in Santa Rosa, which they kindly explained is a bit off the driver’s normal Bay Area route and therefore a bit more expensive area to service – completely understandable and I loved that they took the time to explain. The transport process itself went very smooth. I dropped-off during business hours to their office, got checked in (vehicle inspection) and a complimentary Lyft ride to SFO and received an update a few days later letting me know that my vehicle was in-transit. A few more days and I’m getting notified by the driver that delivery would be the next day… and before I know it’m crusin’ in my Jetta in ***!

I recently shipped my car with All American Transport and could not be happier. Everything went as scheduled, pick up and delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to transport their car. Thank you All American!!

I shipped my Mini Cooper from St. Paul, MN to Phoenix, AZ. I was put in contact with All American Transport through my mover. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. *** was my representative who was very thorough and answered all my questions during our initial phone call. We setup the move and I was introduced to my customer service rep *** via email shortly after our phone call. She texted me before and after pick up to see how everything went and was able to provide me with a delivery notice a couple days later that everything was on schedule. My vehicle arrived four days later and I was thrilled. My entire move was very stressful and I’m glad I came across this company during my transition from the twin cities to the desert. I give All American two thumbs up.

What a great company! All American Trucking and Transport came highly recommended to us by two of the moving companies we interviewed for our cross-country move. *** called us right away, was a great communicator and answered all of our questions in detail. When we arrived to drop the car off we were pleasantly surprised by their clean, modern office. Everyone we dealt with, with the exception of the receptionist that day, was friendly, helpful and professional. And the driver who delivered our car was no exception. Our car is low to the ground and it came off his rig without scratch. We couldn’t be happier or recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

All American has the most friendly customer service - especially ***! She called me to make sure everything went well after pickup and delivery. The driver was professional and his truck was clean. I felt very safe entrusting my car to their team.

All American Trucking & Transport did a fantastic job of getting my vehicle moved from California to Chicago in the time they promised and in great condition. They provided timely updates and checked in frequently.

I would highly recommend them for your transportation needs. I wish they also were the company I used for shipping my home items!

I worked with this company to ship two cars from Florida to California and everything went without a hitch. I had a three day load window on pickup and delivery in 7-12 days, guaranteed in 16. They said they provide rental reimbursement if it goes over 16 days but luckily my cars arrived in 9. *** was my customer service rep from start to finish and she kept me updated as the cars moved across the country. The driver was very nice on pickup and delivery and I would use this company again.

I had my truck shipped from San Diego to Boston and it went without a hitch. The driver came to my door and I watched him load the truck. I asked some specific questions about shipping a vehicle of that size and his responses’ were exactly the same as Patrick’s (the sales person I worked with). This showed me that AATT’s sales staff is competent / knows what they’re talking about. I asked other companies questions about moving my truck and the majority of them didn’t answer the question and just said it’d be fine and that they do it all the time. With all the horror stories online, I just didn’t want to be a part of that so I opted for AATT even though they were $200-$300 more than most other companies. To not have damage on my vehicle, and to be kept up to date, it was well worth the extra cost.

Shipping a car is hard, All American in Burlingame is expensive, but you will be very glad you used them... That's the short story. The longer story is after years of running through cut rate car haulers, a friend turned me on to All American. I did not use them at first because their rate was higher than many others I spoke with, BUT THEN I needed performance. I do import and export, so I end up dealing with some high end clients. One of these clients needed some very specific time frames and I was not willing to risk this with the folks I had been dealing with. I told the client I would use a more expensive hauler, and he was ok with this. Honestly, I haven't turned back since. Irregardless of it being a personal vehicle or business vehicle, I now only work with Alexander at All American. I basically stopped having customer service issues with the auto hauling part of my business. Save yourself the headache and pony up the money your first time around.

I just had my Mercedes shipped from Los Angeles to Chicago and this company was outstanding. They were referred to me by a large moving company. They kept me informed throughout the entire move by way of texts which was very convenient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will use them again when I move back from Chicago in two years. When was the last time you needed to send your car to another state? Research indicates that transporting vehicles through brokers is an unregulated business which places potential tremendous risk to the consumer. Transporting a vehicle across the country can be a harrowing experience. Just check social media stories! You perform due diligence, hire a company and then you hope all goes well.
All American Trucking and Transport, Inc. lived up to their promise. Their website is very informative. Their staff (***) were very professional, responsive and communicated with us throughout the journey via email, text and phone. The carrier they used (staff of *** were also very courteous and professional. Our vehicle (BMW X5) was transported in an open carrier from CA to NY this January 2019 through a snow storm! There was no damage to the SUV and the fees were upfront based on the quote with no additional hidden fees.

We view ourselves as a customer service company that transports vehicles. After 20+ years in business, we’ve learned that some transferees will talk to up to 300 people during their move. As such, we simplify that by assigning only one Customer Service Representative to your move, in this case, ***. We hope it makes you feel at ease knowing that one person is intimate with the transport of your vehicle and available to answer questions, provide updates, and essentially be your advocate—that’s in large part what you hire us for!

Worst experience ever,the only good part was the initial conversation. Which is when they quote you and try and sell you. After that,they don't pick up their phones and never get back to you. My car arrived damaged, their ridiculously unprofessional.

That follow up occurred the next business day (01/02) and informed that we needed the results of Matson’s investigation before we could file a claim for the terrestrial carrier. We have no records of you calling or emailing anyone in our office since then. Just today, *** left you a voicemail and sent an email to which we have no record of reply.

Be very careful if you decide to use this company. They made my dad who's nearly 70 years old back the car off the truck! Not only was this dangerous but highly unprofessional and unexpected. My car was also damaged during the move and after being strung along for nearly a month, I decided to give up in trying to get my car fixed. My car is extremely rare and I can not express how disappointed I am that I chose this company to move it. Don't make the same mistake - Vehicle damage was 400$.

Worst company ever! Lied to me and my husband. Called me emotional and told me that it was not a life or death situation, when in fact it was. Refused to reimburse for plane ticket, place to stay, and transportation to the airport, 2x. Will never use them again and would advise against it. Liars all the way to save their backsides. And I do not understand how they have such a high ranking with Revdex.com.

I had two cars shipped through All American Trucking and Transport, Inc. While they were in procession of my cars and keys to them, items were stolen from BOTH cars! They stole items from the glove boxes and trunks. There was no sign of forced entry...

THIEVES!

They even acknowledged the problem, stating three thefts from their cars in the last month, but they refused to make it right. I would not recommending using them under any circumstance unless you want your cars raided!

All American Trucking & Transport Inc. was amazing for my cross country car shipment. I shipped my 2013 Ford Edge from Virginia to California in December 2017. *** (Vehicle Transport Coordinator) were both extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Both were available immediately to answer any and all questions that I had related to my car shipment. All American Trucking & Transport Inc. also works through a broker, which is something that I had previously researched to look for in a company, prior to booking my transport. Furthermore, All American Trucking & Transport Inc. does not charge you a deposit fee and they do not charge your card until after your vehicle is picked up (also something that I researched prior to selecting a transporter). The man that picked up my car in Virginia, as well as the man that dropped my car off in California were both extremely helpful as well. They both ensured and suggested that I took ample amounts of pictures and allowed for ample time to inspect vehicle before pick up and after drop off. The vehicle was returned in the exact condition that I handed it over in (no additional scratches, dents, mileage, etc.). This was my first time shipping a car and I had the best experience with All American Trucking& Transport Inc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone that has to ship their car!!
