I am rejecting this response because:  I am attaching a photo of the two different fences on my property. Mr. J[redacted] was told when he bid the job that I wanted the fence on the left, when he was filling out the contract. I was VERY VERY specific with him in stating that the fence that was to be installed was to match the existing fence on my property. I am not a professional in this field and have no idea what any of the terminology or specifics would be, which is why I had no way of knowing that the fence details were anything different on the contract than what I was asking be installed. Sadly the only person who did know the details and specifications was Mr. J[redacted] the person who filled out the contract. If I had known that the stated fence on the contract was different I would have immediately had it changed, unfortunately the moment I knew it was different was when it was installed like any consumer would. At that point I immediately informed the company and Mr. J[redacted], who again was rude and stated that if we wanted it fixed we would have to pay double. Mr. J[redacted] has never at any point tried to work with us or taken any responsibility for his actions in regards to the wrong fence being put in. Instead he has only threatened lawsuits, leans and slander lawsuits against my self.  We are now forced to look at our wrongly installed fence and are sickened with the knowledge that anyone would intentionally defraud someone.   As regards to my neighbor being happy with the fence.  This dispute is between my self and the company and weather my neighbor is okay with the fence or not is between her and the fence company not me and shouldn't and doesn't have anything to do with dispute. However my neighbor will happily attest to the fact that she informed them that she didn't care what fence was installed and that she would just put in what ever fence we wanted.

Defective product. Comapny not responding to the issue in a timely manner.
Inalltation date: July 23, 2012. Invoice# 1058. Payment amount: $1,449.53 by check and $1,500 (approx) by credit card. Vinyl fence installation with gates. We paid for self-closing hinges for gates due to city code requirements for swimming pool. Hinges don't work, gates won't self-close. We called [redacted] on Sept 3rd, 2012 to complain about the gates not closing (after the city failed our final inspection due to faulty gates). [redacted] sent the manufacturer out to look at the issue. The manufacturer installed additional hinges on the gates, but the gates still do not self-close. We had to call [redacted] back to complain that the gates still were not closing. [redacted] returned with the manufacturer on Sept 19th and recommended we install springs on the gates. We prefer not to have springs, but agreed to try this option to solve the problem. [redacted] indicated the springs needed to be "special ordered". As of October 3rd we still do not have springs on the gates. We have placed several calls to All American Vinyl and do not get answers and often times don't receive call backs from [redacted] promises to get back to us, but often times doesn't and comes up with excuses as to why he doesn't respond. We spoke with [redacted] (manager)on October 3rd, he said we needed to talk to [redacted] because he did not know what was going on. We contacted [redacted] (owner) on October 3rd, [redacted] said he didn't know where the springs were or when they would be in. I asked him to contact the manufacturer and call me back to let me know when the springs would arrive. We have attempted to work with [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] (manager) of All American Vinyl to resolve the problems with our fence and are not seeing results. We also have complaints regarding the quality of the work performed during the installation process. The gate posts are not plumb (which we belive is causing the problem with the hinges) and, we were told by [redacted] they would core drill the holes for the posts in our cement pad, instead the installer used a circular saw and did a shoddy job filling the holes with cement.
