Review: My wife and myself purchased a product through All American Water Treatment Company, which was to be held PRIMARILY by my wife, and I would Co-sign/Co-buy. The purchase was to be financed through a company which they would coordinate. With my wife as witness I specifically told the sales representative "Joe" that under no circumstances would I accept being the Primary on the account/loan. That if we could not get my wife Financed as the Primary and myself as the CO-buyer/CO-signer that we did not want the product. We were brought out a sales contract/sales agreement and told that for All American Water Treatment Company's purposes that I needed to sign as the Primary BUT this would not be what the finance company seen and that the finance company would still be financing my wife as the Primary. This sales agreement was strictly for their use only and did not matter that I was signing as the primary to the Finance company. Again it was specifically stated that my wife would be the Primary account holder and I would maintain the Co-buyer regardless of where we signed, but that the sales agreement/contract was for the company's purposes only and the finance company would not be going by that. it was also specifically stated that I would not agree to purchase the product if they could not meet those terms.Desired Settlement: If my wife can not be financed as the Primary, I am asking that the product be returned and the full amount financed be refunded.

The response that was sent by the business is false and a blatant lie. The salesman had to return to our home NOT because of a change in paperwork because the house is in my name. The paperwork had to be redone because the PURHASE PRICE was not what had been agreed upon. So I refused to sign, and they had to return with new paperwork with the correct purchase price and the matter of cosigner/primary had not been discussed further and was actually reassured once more that [redacted] WOULD in fact be the primary on the loan, no other hanged were made to the paperwork, other than the PURHASE price when they came back out. Would request proof of both sets of paperwork if they are claiming this to be true. Myself being the sole home owner bares no reflection on [redacted]s ability to be approved for a personal loan. The company is again providing false statements in an attempt to remove blame from themselves.
