Revdex.com:First of all, the business owner should not use his handicap as an excuseIf he is unable to perform his business as a result of his handicap, he should not be in business.Second, Yes, I did complete the APPLICATION and give the necessary payment informationBefore the I returned the signed documents and less than hours later, I email him and told him to keep this policy on hold until further noticeI did not give permission to activate the policyI did not purchase the vehicle and NEVER took possession of itHe had no right activating a policy that I told him to stop.My funds have been refunded, no help from this so-called salesmanI called the actual insurance carrier myself and took care of itIf he cannot handle taking care of his customers, he shouldn't be in business, hence my complaint to the Revdex.comThis gentleman should not be in business.P.SI too, am handicapped, but I do not use it as an excuse
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

payment and I could have not gotten a payment with out the insured giving me payment informationWe had a clear understanding of the price and the coverages as I went over it throughly with the insuredTHE TRANSACTION WAS MADE CLEARThe problem was she did not have the product (motorcycle yet) and should not have started the policy until she got the motorcycleI do not see how you can give me a payment and not start the policy as we discussedIf I could have refunded the funds right then she would have not had trouble with this and the Insurance company not me is responsable for refundsI am the agent not the insurance companyI went beyond customerservice for this ladyIn years this is a firstI think this is how she does businessIf she were to call me back and wanted to do business again knowing what I know about her I would still treat as a customer and not a complainer. I did not purchase the vehicle and NEVER took possession of it. He had no right activating a policy that I told him to stop.My funds have been refunded, no help from this so-called salesman. I called the actual insurance carrier myself and took care of it. If he cannot handle taking care of his customers, he shouldn't be in business, hence my complaint to the Revdex.com.
