I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

payment and I could have not gotten a payment with out the insured giving me payment informationWe had a clear understanding of the price and the coverages as I went over it throughly with the insuredTHE TRANSACTION WAS MADE CLEARThe problem was she did not have the product (motorcycle yet) and should not have started the policy until she got the motorcycleI do not see how you can give me a payment and not start the policy as we discussedIf I could have refunded the funds right then she would have not had trouble with this and the Insurance company not me is responsable for refundsI am the agent not the insurance companyI went beyond customerservice for this ladyIn years this is a firstI think this is how she does businessIf she were to call me back and wanted to do business again knowing what I know about her I would still treat as a customer and not a complainer.
