All American Window & Door Co. is first rate. From the office staff to the selection process to the completed installation, everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything was done in a timely manner. We are more than pleased with the completion project!

I had front and back doors installed for $5,000 which was quite a bit higher than other quotes I got but the salesman, [redacted] convinced me they do such great work. He is a good salesman but beyond that their service stinks. The sub contractors they sent out were in such a hurry at the end of the job that once they had my check they literally ran off. My doorbell was left hanging and buzzing because they couldn't get it back on. The glass on the storm door did not fit properly and they could not even get one of the screws in to hold it in place. There are gaps on both the bottom right and top. The guy said he had to go to be home for his wife and gave me no indication of when someone would come back or how this would be corrected. I called American the next day and they had no knowledge of it. They did send someone out and he fixed my doorbell they broke but said they had to order a new glass. He made an adjustment on the door because it was not closing the way it should have but now it does not close at all! It doesn't even line up. I spoke with American this morning and it is like going in circles. Nobody seems to communicate or know what is going on. I asked for the sales guy who by the way told me he was going to be out here to check on things the day of installation but he never showed and they would not even put me through to his voicemail. I left a message on his cell, we'll see if he calls back. If I could go back I would go with one of the other companies I got estimates from. Don't let their smooth talking salesmen fool you like they did me.

The staff and installers at All American Window & Door Co. are very professional, knowledgeable and truly know what great customer service is. Their products are of a very high quality and an excellent addition to our home.

I paid $6,000 for new windows. I had them three summers. One of those 3 summers the windows were barely opened becuase it was so hot outside. On the third summer season one of the cranks wasn't working properly. I was charged to have this fixed. The service tech said it was a faulty part from the factory. You'd think that paying this much after not having them for that long that they'd investigate the root cause of the problem and not charge the customer to have it fixed. I could understand if something wasn't working after a longer period of time, but three summers?? Not to mention that I travel a lot so the windows aren't even opened that much. I guess I'll be using someone else for future projects.

Had 7 windows installed, changing from double-hung to sliders. Quoting was completely accurate, installers were great, final price was as quoted. The installers were professional, courteous and efficient. Cleaned up the site extremely well. Will have them return to do another 5 windows later this year.
