Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: someone was to come back to my home and do a walk through to see if the work was right On the 5th and final day that I was to respond to your office regarding my complaint; no one showed up and I did not receive a phone call to schedule the final wok through[redacted] , called on Friday, 8/19/to meet with my daughter on Saturday, 8/20/at 9:AM to go over the items on my listHe saw all of the items that I am complaining about and he said he will make sure that it is all correctMy daughter asked if this added work would be a cost to me and he said no She also wanted to know if they would be done by October 31, He assure her it would be.I would like my complaint to stay open until the final work is finished and I okay it Sincerely, [redacted]
I just hung up with the homeowner and I have a 9:appointment tomorrow to go over the items I was taken back by the complaint as we received no negative feed back from anyone at the household during the 2+ days we were out working Had we any
insight to the displeasure, we certainly would have stopped and went a different direction We will strive to make the homeowner happy!
