Warning to my friends and family in the area- do not use All Animal Rescue for any deceased pet services! Our sweet Bulldog of years passed away and we called them for pick up and requested a memorial paw print to be made- over the phone the man let me know he didn't have the materials for that and only cremation was an option, told me the price and I agreedWhen our ashes hadn't arrived I sent an inquiry- the response from the company explained that if I had wanted the ashes it was an extra cost- this option was never presented-and that my dog was already cremated in mass fashion with other animals from that day"Sorry for the misunderstanding" I was offered 25% of my costs refunded and a free cremation with returned ashes in the future
