Hi, We been to customer's place on July 8th, & informed after diagnosing the Dryer that it need a main computer boardAlso, we mentioned that due the brand which is not common it will take 2-weeks to arrange parts & as soon as will get it office will call you to schedule appointmentOn July 29, we informed customer that part will be delivered to us on July 30, for which consumer requested to come on Saturday i.eOn August 01, & repair was finished on same dayTechnician also spoke to consumer about the issue raised with Revdex.com for which consumer agreed to call Revdex.com personally to mark it resolved

We been there times at the customer's place in order to honour our warranty whereas the appliance was fixed on the first visitWe were not aware of the fact that while providing the best customer service possible consumer is trying to get everything done for freeCustomer stated in his complaint that the call or purchase was made on 10/04/where as actual date of purchase or call was made on 10/18/& refund was issued on 11/11/so we don't know is he really talking about us or someone else when it comes to monthAlso, we asked customer to send us a copy of invoice from another company when they get the repair done for which he has no answerAfter all the threats, abuses from the consumer & his knowns our repsstill apologised gave him refund because we already came across such scenarios where people are tight on money

stated in his complaint that the call or purchase was made on 10/04/2014 where as actual date of purchase or call was made on 10/18/2014 & refund was issued on 11/11/2014 so we don't know is he really talking about us or someone else when it comes to 1.5 month. Also, we asked customer to send us a copy of invoice from another company when they get the repair done for which he has no answer. After all the threats, abuses from the consumer & his knowns our reps. still apologised gave him refund because we already came across such scenarios where people are tight on money.

Good Afternoon,The issue has been resolved. Customer misunderstood dispatcher as he was explaining that if the issue which customer is facing right now not related to the work we did then we'll just charge for the price of parts if any required else technician will fix it without any charge....

We already went out there & fixed the door issue.
