Bill D [redacted] the owner of this business came to repair a problem with my freezer He repaired the issue the next day and after he left , my ice maker leaked all over my freezer This was not my original problemHe will not return my calls for the past week and a half and I have left numerous messages to return to fix the problem that he caused I paid him $to fix the original problem He should be put out of business as I believe he operates a very dishonest business

MrD [redacted] of All Appliance Repair came to repair a leak in my refrigerator He deiced the freezer and charged me dollars A week later the leak had returned The refrigerator was not repaired Called MrD [redacted] twice and left him messages He did not call me back As a result he scammed me out of dollars and I had to go out and buy a new refrigerator I would like to get my dollars back

I hired Mr Bill D [redacted] of All Appliance Repair to fix a blower on my refrigerator/freezer He did order the part and fix the problem but failed to properly reattach the water line and the ice maker was not working properly after he leftConsequently the water leaker all over my freezer I called him to return to fix the problem that he caused buy he would not return calls or return my payment so I could hire someone else to fix the problem that he caused He should not be in business as he is dishonest and is probably scamming other consurmers out of money also He stated that he would refund my payment over weeks ago but I have yet to see the check that he said he mailed

Business came to my home to repair a refrigerator, charged me $120, but the appliance was not fixed It never stopped leaking inside I called the owner and he claimed that he was driving and would call me back within 1/an hour that day That was days ago and he has not returned my call

Review: Mr. [redacted] (All Appliance Repair) was contacted by me to repair a Whirlpool Duet dryer. An appointment was made with him for 9/07/13. Mr. [redacted] came to diagnose the problem and made the diagnosis of a bad control panel and stated that he would order the part and charged a $60.00 service fee (He spent at most 15 minutes on the service call). He reported back to us and stated that he ordered the part and it would cost $160.00 plus $80.00 labor and he stated that he had subtracted the $60.00 service fee that he charged from the cost of the part. That was the last we heard from him. After attempting to contact Mr. [redacted] eight times regarding the status of the part and repair over the next two weeks, he did not return one phone call. I feel that he left us hanging regarding the repair of the dryer by not returning any phone messages and acted totally unprofessional and unreliable. We have since called another repair person obviously and feel that Mr. [redacted]'s company, All Appliance Repair, should be listed with the Revdex.com for unprofessional and unreliable service.Desired Settlement: I feel Mr. [redacted] should refund the $60.00 service fee he charged that was going to be applied to the cost of the part that never materialized.

Review: owner of All Appliance Repair, came to assess the problem with my washing machine, determined it needed springs to regulate the bowl's position and that it was worth repairing (the machine is 14 years old). He asked for and got $60 that was to cover his initial trip and subsequent repair trip(s). The parts would be ordered and it might take a couple of weeks for their delivery. Leaving the machine partially disassembled, he left and subsequently did not answer any telephone messages or calls. I called a few times and then gave up trying to contact him. Clearly he had decided he did not want to repair my machine. I have no issue with his desire to fix any machine. My complaint is that he leaves the machine in a state of preparation for subsequent repair and vanishes with the fee that is for showing up, diagnosing the problem and then returning to install necessary parts. Meanwhile, I am tripping over front panels and other parts and wondering when the presumably ordered parts will be delivered. When several weeks have passed and I cannot get in contact with Mr. [redacted], I have to conclude I've been duped. On line communications indicate that I have not been Mr. [redacted]'s first victim and likely I have not been his last. He is profiting from others' inconvenience and expense.Desired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com to be informed and informing about the questionable practices of this repairman so that other customers can be alert to Mr. [redacted]'s cavalier disregard for commitment to services and collection of fees for incomplete service. I do not know what the law prescribes for this deceit but it is possible that Mr. [redacted] might cease duping consumers if he is aware of Revdex.com's attentions.

Review: On 5/10/13 I called this company (used the number listed as "for my area" ###-###-####) for repair of a Samsung washer which failed to drain. The repairman came out on 5/11 & seemed to not even know how to open up the machine and without even checking for a possible clog, said it needed a new pump. (The washer is less than 3 years old). He called his supplier and ordered a new pump. He returned on 5/13, with the incorrect part. He then said he'd order the correct one which would be in on 5/15. This time he took the pump with him. He said he'd return on 5/16 to replace the pump. He failed to show or call on 5/16. When called, he said the pump still hadn't arrived and he'd be back on 5/18. He again failed to show or call on 5/18 and, when called, acted as if he had no idea who we were and then said he'd order the pump on special order and return on 5/10. Once again, a no show and no answer to my phone call. I have been forced to take the essential dirty laundry to my daughter's house to use her washer. Today I left him a voice mail asking for a return call as if he is unable to do the repair, I at least want my pump returned. He has not returned my call and another repairman, from[redacted], is scheduled to come this afternoon.Desired Settlement: I want the pump returned. I'm doubtful there is anything wrong with it. He has not asked for any payment and I will not give any at this point.

Review: This company and the owner, Mr.[redacted] came out at the beginning of August to look at our gas stove that was not igniting. He was here less than 15 minutes and claimed he had to order a special part to fix the igniter. He said there was a 60.00 service charge due then, but when he comes to complete the repair, it will be applied to the bill, that he was estimating would be 200.00 or more. He claimed the part would be in on 8/9 and set an appointment to be here to fix it. That was the last we heard from him!!! There have been about 10 phone calls or messages we left for him and no return call back. On 8/19, I did somehow reach Mr.[redacted] and he claimed he tried to call us.....which he DID NOT, but we wanted our stove fixed and I asked if he had the part or not, since we already paid him for a 15 minutes service charge. He assured me he would be there on 8/20 and of course, he did no show up and he will not answer the phone!!!! So, he scammed us out of 60.00 and we have to look elsewhere! We would like our 60.00 back, since he did absolutely nothing!Desired Settlement: We would like our 60.00 back. He did nothing at all as far as servicing our cooktop and never returned with the part or to complete any service!

Review: I contacted a local service provider- [redacted]- with All Appliance Repair, to visit my home on Sunday, 6/02, and look at my washer to determine the problem. The appointment was schedule for 10:45-11am; as, I was out of town, and did not plan to return home until 10:30am. [redacted] showed up at 10:15am- thankfully, I had gotten home earlier than anticipated.He looked at my washer- which is a stackable unit; as, I live in a townhouse- and proceded to complain about how the units are constructed. He said that the pump was bad, and would have to be replaced, and, that he would have to move the dryer to get into the top panel of the washer. He explained that he would not be able to move the dryer by himself; and, I asked if he had anyone to help him with this. Immediately after, he started to pick up the dryer by himself, and said that it, "actually wasn't that heavy, and he could move it by himself". He said that he would get the new pump from a place in downtown Pittsburgh, which opened at 9am on Monday morning, 6/03- [redacted] explained that he would call me just after getting to the supply place to let me know if they had the pump in stock. He told me that he would also order on online to have by Tuesday, 6/04, just in case they didn't have it.He did not call on Monday morning; so, around 10am, I called him. He said that he was at the suppliers at that moment, then said, "oh wow". I aske him if he was talking to me, he said that the pump cost $150- I asked him how much the entire repair would cost me; as,I needed an estimate prior to the work being done. He mumbled, then said that he would have to call me back once he got back to his truck- which would have been maybe 10-15 minutes. That was at about 10:15am; and, it is now 11:43am...I have not heard back from Bill. This was one of the most unprofessional people and situations that I have ever experienced; and, I hope that I can save it from happening to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I want other customers to be able to see this; and, if the Revdex.com can do anything to affect this individual's credibility, it would be a great service to the local consumer population.
