on *** I phoned whirlpool Corp reference a error code on my dryerAfter some evaluation, the customer service rep decided that the best course of action was to schedule a service callthey did so with All Appliance Service for Monday *** between noon & 4PMI confirmed the appointment directly with All Appliance @ 8:55AM on ***I was home & available during the scheduled service windowNo one cameAt 4:10PM I phone All Appliance and asked if the service person was running latethe person on the phone stated that they didn't serve my area excepting on Thursdays & that there was nothing she could doI contacted Whirlpool customer service again who confirmed that they had set the appointment and there was nothing from the contractor about restrictions on days they provided serviceWhirlpool also contacted All Appliancethey were told the same thing

Just wanted to share my experience with 'All Appliance Service'I used their service in replacing water filter component in my Samsung Fridgethey were thoroughly professional and prompt in completing their taskAlso, they were courteous in answering questionsI would definitely recommend their service

Purchased a refrigerator from [redacted] with the extended warranty and fridge quit working. Through warranty company this was the repair company I had to work with. Person that came out (on 4/20) to assess issue was very abrupt and short, did not act concerned whatsoever with my issue. Said part would be in in 3-5 days. Someone called 4/24 and said part was in but they couldn't come until 4/29. This whole time I was without a fridge. Called office on 4/28 to confirm apt, was told someone would call me in the morning between 730 am and 8 am to provide me a 2 hour window. Next morning, no one called. I called the office at 8:10 am and spoke to [redacted]. He was extremely rude and short. Said they did not GIVE 2 hour windows and that someone would be out today to fix. I asked why I was told I would receive a 2 hour window, he said he didn't know, they don't do that. I asked for his manager, [redacted] gets on the phone and again says there is no such thing as a 2 hour window, that someone would be out late morning. I asked about the discrepencies in what I had been told, he said they don't give 2 hour windows, they give either an am or pm. Pressed him again and he said well your repair guy [redacted] does give a 2 hour window. I told him he just said there were no 2 hour windows and he said no he didn't say that, he said some repair guys give 2 hour windows. By this time I was incredibly frustrated with the rudeness and lack of customer service I was receiving. He said he would call [redacted] and call me back to let me know when he would be out. [redacted] called me back and said [redacted] told her to call me and that [redacted] would be out in the afternoon. I asked HER about the 2 hour window, she said yes [redacted] does provide them. I asked that she let Phil and [redacted] both know that's how some of their repair guys work because they did not know the policy. [redacted] came out and was incredibly NICE and friendly. He was very courteous and concerned with getting my fridge working again. I told him about my dissatisfaction with the service I had received that morning and he gave me a number and told me to call [redacted]. I said I had SPOKEN to [redacted] and that he was as rude as everyone else there (with exception of [redacted]). Then [redacted] gave me a number to a [redacted], the owners son and told me to call him. At this point my fridge is fixed and I am done with this company. I would NOT recommend them to anyone in any circumstance. They do NOT care that your appliance doesn't work. Also, [redacted] said the part I was waiting on was in the warehouse on 4/22. There was no attempt to promptly fix my issue, I'm sure since the warranty company was paying them they could have cared LESS when my fridge got fixed. Horrible company to deal with - do NOT work with them.
