All Appliance Service & Refrigeration

My home warranty company assigned the repair of my dryer to all appliance around May 12th. A tech came out in less than a week and determined my dryer's motor was going out. I was advised the information would be submitted to determine if the warranty company would approve the claim. Several weeks later I called for an update and was told the part was being ordered for my dryer and when it came in I would get a call to make an appointment for repair. I called every couple weeks and got the same answer that the part was not in yet and they would call me. Finally, on Aug 29th I called all appliance and was told my claim was closed by the warranty company and to contact them. I called the warranty company and the claim only stays open 90 days so they stated of course it closed. The claim was reopen and they said all appliance was paid and repair should've been done. I made attempts to call all appliance for 2 weeks after the claim was reopen to get either no answer or told the lady that I've been working with was out of office. I finally called the warranty company again and they called all appliance. All appliance told them they did not want to proceed with the repair due to issues with scheduling with me and that I was only available on Monday. A complete and total bunch of lies! I was out of work up until Aug 2 and after that time I was only available on Monday so if there was a scheduling issue it was not on my end. I have never been done business with any company and got such a horrible outcome as the outcome I got with all appliance. This is a very unprofessional company and no deserves to be dragged along without a working dryer for 4 months. The money I've spent on landry fees over the months could almost pay for another dryer. I would simply not recommend all appliance to anyone.
