Purchased a refrigerator from [redacted] with the extended warranty and fridge quit workingThrough warranty company this was the repair company I had to work withPerson that came out (on 4/20) to assess issue was very abrupt and short, did not act concerned whatsoever with my issue Said part would be in in 3-daysSomeone called 4/and said part was in but they couldn't come until 4/ This whole time I was without a fridgeCalled office on 4/to confirm apt, was told someone would call me in the morning between am and am to provide me a hour window Next morning, no one calledI called the office at 8:am and spoke to ***He was extremely rude and shortSaid they did not GIVE hour windows and that someone would be out today to fix I asked why I was told I would receive a hour window, he said he didn't know, they don't do thatI asked for his manager, [redacted] gets on the phone and again says there is no such thing as a hour window, that someone would be out late morning I asked about the discrepencies in what I had been told, he said they don't give hour windows, they give either an am or pm Pressed him again and he said well your repair guy [redacted] does give a hour window I told him he just said there were no hour windows and he said no he didn't say that, he said some repair guys give hour windows By this time I was incredibly frustrated with the rudeness and lack of customer service I was receiving He said he would call [redacted] and call me back to let me know when he would be out [redacted] called me back and said [redacted] told her to call me and that [redacted] would be out in the afternoon I asked HER about the hour window, she said yes [redacted] does provide them I asked that she let Phil and [redacted] both know that's how some of their repair guys work because they did not know the policy [redacted] came out and was incredibly NICE and friendly He was very courteous and concerned with getting my fridge working again I told him about my dissatisfaction with the service I had received that morning and he gave me a number and told me to call *** I said I had SPOKEN to [redacted] and that he was as rude as everyone else there (with exception of ***) Then [redacted] gave me a number to a ***, the owners son and told me to call him At this point my fridge is fixed and I am done with this company I would NOT recommend them to anyone in any circumstance They do NOT care that your appliance doesn't work Also, [redacted] said the part I was waiting on was in the warehouse on 4/ There was no attempt to promptly fix my issue, I'm sure since the warranty company was paying them they could have cared LESS when my fridge got fixed Horrible company to deal with - do NOT work with them

Tech has been out twice and neither the Ice maker nor the dishwasher are working properly. Call them again and gentleman on phone wanted to charge me for another fee to come out stating that it must be something else wrong. I explained that it has not been fixed yet and I'm not paying another service fee. Then he demanded that I take off work right this minute to go meet him at house. I had to explain to him that I work and can not take off when ever he feels like going, this is why it is scheduled. Very rude person and not very concerned about the quality of work they were providing.
I actually called my home warranty company and requested that this company not come out due to their inability to repair the items plus their lack of professionalism on the phone.
