DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! [redacted] at All Arizona Automotive is the biggest scam artist, liar, fraudulent person I have ever come across in my life!!! I took my son’s truck there to get a used motor installed and paid a large deposit for the engine and the labor [redacted] said that the truck would be done in plenty of time for my son to drive it before he graduated Weeks went by and each time I called I asked to speak to [redacted] – if he happened to answer the phone I was able to talk to him If he was busy I left a message and he NEVER returned phone calls A couple of the times I called [redacted] and told me that the mechanic working on my truck hadn't shown up for work for few days One of the other times I called he said that the mechanic had taken a week off work There seemed to always be an excuse when I called but it always ended with the fact that they just needed a little bit more time to work on the truck Then one day I talked to [redacted] and he said that they had the motor finally installed but when he took it out for a test drive the truck died on him and it had to be towed back A few days later he said that the reason the motor died during the drive was because there was sediment in the gas tank and they had to take the gas tank out, clean it and then take it for another test drive One of the times we spoke after that he said that there was an issue with the carburetor and that it needed an adjustment, but that he would cover that cost because it has taken them so long to get the truck completed One of the other times we spoke [redacted] said that the water pump was no good and that they would replace that too [redacted] finally gave me a date of completion and he told me to call later that afternoon to talk to him, which was on a Friday I called back and the staff told me had left for the day with the boss I drove down to the shop and explained my frustration with the lady behind the desk as well as one of the mechanics After I told them all about the ordeal that had been going on with my truck the mechanic told me that the truck had never been at the shop and that he is the only mechanic that works there I told him everything that [redacted] had told pertaining to the truck The mechanic told me that he wished that [redacted] had given him the truck to work on so he would have had something to do He then stated that he had not taken time off and had always shown up for work I was told that [redacted] was out with the owner and that they would be coming back to the shop and that I could wait for him if I wanted to So I waited When [redacted] returned I told him that I wanted my truck He told me that it was still at the carburetor place and they were already closed After a long conversation, I told him that if the truck wasn't ready by the beginning of the next week I was going to show up with a tow truck and pick up the truck in whatever condition it was in It was at that point he told me that he didn't have my truck and it was being worked on by another shop and they needed just a little more time I told him no and that I wanted the name and address of the shop where the truck was currently located [redacted] refused to provide me with that information At that point I ended the call with [redacted] and called one of my friends up and told him what was going on He called and talked to [redacted] and had worked it out that [redacted] was going to have the truck towed to my friend’s house free of charge – he still would not tell us where the truck was locatedWhen the truck arrived we were flabbergasted to find out that not only had [redacted] been flat out lying about the status of the work that was being done but no engine had been installed at all!!! The old engine that came with the truck had been taken out and placed in the bed of the truck along with the engine that they were supposed to have installed in the truck The engine that had been in the truck when it was dropped off was carbureted and the engine that we sold was fuel injected There was no way that that engine had EVER been installed in the truck The engine would have had to be retrofitted to even work in the truck My friend called [redacted] and let him know that we had received the truck and the condition it was in and he brought up the fact that not only were we keeping the engine but that we wanted the deposit back because we not had to pay to retrofit the engine and also because he had been lying and practicing fraudulent business practices After a few weeks of my friend going back and forth with [redacted] about the money, he finally gave me my deposit back and l was able to keep the engineRecently, the truck was towed to another mechanic that was going to do all the engine work for me Come to find out that the engine from [redacted] that was in the back of the truck was seized up and was no good at all I firmly believe that whatever engine was going to be put in the truck was traded out for a junk engine when we demanded to receive the truck back I am a single mom and worked very hard to save up enough money to get the engine work done on the truck and now I am back at square one looking for an engine I can afford, as well as the labor to put the engine in Not only did my son NOT get to drive the truck his senior year I am still trying to get together enough money to have the truck done the right way before he leaves for basic training with the NavyI am so disgusted with [redacted] and this business that I am going to post this story on every social media site I can find that has business reviews as well as the Revdex.com, [redacted]  and the [redacted]

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
MY salesman [redacted] sold [redacted] a 2008 Ford Fl50 used 5.4 motor on 10-7-13 we purchased the motor...

from another company that we have used in past, in the business that we are in we do brokering that. Means we purchase parts from other automotive  recyclers and resale them mileage on the motors we sell is only stated I cannot guarantee  mileage however we do try to the best of our ability to insure mileage is correct   [redacted] and I have been in contact with many times I told him when we found out we had problem with motor to get it pulled and I would get him another motor for him he told me send him one before motor was out I explained to him I would have to charge his card again he said no just refund me my money then I told him I had to have the other motor back and I would refund all his money he told me I would have to wait and he would call me when out and ready so I could send shipping  label for motor when it was back here upon inspection to assure that it was our motor than we would issue full refund on motor and shipping of 2750.00 now [redacted] is calling me fraud and crook in so many words  I have spoke with his credit union on more then one occasion they stated to me to have a dispute I would have to not be willing to do anything for him I have told him many times that I would refund him his money I spoke with [redacted] yesterday and he wants to be reimbursed for the labor and still would not allow me to pick up motor so we can issue him a refund on it So how am I suppose to help [redacted] in getting his refund if he wont allow me to pick up motor please lei me know how im not willing to work with him in getting his money returned back to him thank you [redacted]

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! [redacted] at All Arizona Automotive is the biggest scam artist, liar, fraudulent person I have ever come across in my life!!! I took my son’s truck there to get a used motor installed and paid a large deposit for the engine and the labor. [redacted] said that the truck would be done in plenty of time for my son to drive it before he graduated. Weeks went by and each time I called I asked to speak to [redacted] – if he happened to answer the phone I was able to talk to him. If he was busy I left a message and he NEVER returned phone calls. A couple of the times I called [redacted] and told me that the mechanic working on my truck hadn't shown up for work for few days. One of the other times I called he said that the mechanic had taken a week off work. There seemed to always be an excuse when I called but it always ended with the fact that they just needed a little bit more time to work on the truck. Then one day I talked to [redacted] and he said that they had the motor finally installed but when he took it out for a test drive the truck died on him and it had to be towed back. A few days later he said that the reason the motor died during the drive was because there was sediment in the gas tank and they had to take the gas tank out, clean it and then take it for another test drive. One of the times we spoke after that he said that there was an issue with the carburetor and that it needed an adjustment, but that he would cover that cost because it has taken them so long to get the truck completed. One of the other times we spoke [redacted] said that the water pump was no good and that they would replace that too [redacted] finally gave me a date of completion and he told me to call later that afternoon to talk to him, which was on a Friday. I called back and the staff told me had left for the day with the boss. I drove down to the shop and explained my frustration with the lady behind the desk as well as one of the mechanics. After I told them all about the ordeal that had been going on with my truck the mechanic told me that the truck had never been at the shop and that he is the only mechanic that works there. I told him everything that [redacted] had told pertaining to the truck. The mechanic told me that he wished that [redacted] had given him the truck to work on so he would have had something to do. He then stated that he had not taken time off and had always shown up for work. I was told that [redacted] was out with the owner and that they would be coming back to the shop and that I could wait for him if I wanted to. So I waited. When [redacted] returned I told him that I wanted my truck. He told me that it was still at the carburetor place and they were already closed. After a long conversation, I told him that if the truck wasn't ready by the beginning of the next week I was going to show up with a tow truck and pick up the truck in whatever condition it was in. It was at that point he told me that he didn't have my truck and it was being worked on by another shop and they needed just a little more time. I told him no and that I wanted the name and address of the shop where the truck was currently located. [redacted] refused to provide me with that information. At that point I ended the call with [redacted] and called one of my friends up and told him what was going on. He called and talked to [redacted] and had worked it out that [redacted] was going to have the truck towed to my friend’s house free of charge – he still would not tell us where the truck was located.
When the truck arrived we were flabbergasted to find out that not only had [redacted] been flat out lying about the status of the work that was being done but no engine had been installed at all!!! The old engine that came with the truck had been taken out and placed in the bed of the truck along with the engine that they were supposed to have installed in the truck. The engine that had been in the truck when it was dropped off was carbureted and the engine that we sold was fuel injected. There was no way that that engine had EVER been installed in the truck. The engine would have had to be retrofitted to even work in the truck. My friend called [redacted] and let him know that we had received the truck and the condition it was in and he brought up the fact that not only were we keeping the engine but that we wanted the deposit back because we not had to pay to retrofit the engine and also because he had been lying and practicing fraudulent business practices. After a few weeks of my friend going back and forth with [redacted] about the money, he finally gave me my deposit back and l was able to keep the engine.
Recently, the truck was towed to another mechanic that was going to do all the engine work for me. Come to find out that the engine from [redacted] that was in the back of the truck was seized up and was no good at all. I firmly believe that whatever engine was going to be put in the truck was traded out for a junk engine when we demanded to receive the truck back. I am a single mom and worked very hard to save up enough money to get the engine work done on the truck and now I am back at square one looking for an engine I can afford, as well as the labor to put the engine in. Not only did my son NOT get to drive the truck his senior year I am still trying to get together enough money to have the truck done the right way before he leaves for basic training with the Navy.
I am so disgusted with [redacted] and this business that I am going to post this story on every social media site I can find that has business reviews as well as the Revdex.com, [redacted] and the[redacted].

In response to [redacted]'s claim that he has tried to work this out, He has not done anything that would indicate his willingness to do so.  Every thing he says clouds the truth, circumvents the facts and fails to give assurances that he will do the right thing.  When I ask a direct question, or point out a discrepancy in what he says, he changes the subject or ignores it altogether.  Because of his attempt to defraud me, he has cost me a great deal of money in excess of the amount I was budgeted for.  It is very clear that this is a text book case of fraud, which violates several laws which include Fraud, Conspiracy to commit Fraud, Conspiracy, Illegal transporting fraudulent good across state lines, not to mention the RECO laws that have been expanded to include individuals well as companies
