Last december my tankless water heater leaked and was replaced by All Arizona Plumbing and Heating. I was not in the country and had renters who immediately said it did not work. You either got scalding hot water or freezing cold and could not have a shower. Repeated calls to *** did not fix the problem and Mr. advised me the renters were whiners. Upon my return I also could not have a shower. water is either scalding hot or freezing cold. I called *** and he advised me I would have to hire another plumber to see if the problem was with his tank or something else. I told him the previous tank worked perfect, and upon his suggestion did get all the shower attachments replaced, without a solution to the water problem. Mr *** would make appointments with me to come and remedy the problem and then just would not show up. The last scheduled appointment was to be Friday, November 22nd at 10:00 a.m. which he just did not show up for, nor call. I have a witness who heard him guarantee he would be there november 22nd. when I phoned his office, his secretary advised me he would do nothing else until I hired a plumber that he would choose and pay for the service call. I've never heard of this. He is not honoring the warranty nor fixing the problem. I have since been advised that he does not even have a plumbers license, nor the qualifications. I am a senior woman, on a fixed income, and feel very helpless, abused, and frustrated by this company. At this point, all calls or texts from me are being ignored, and I don't know what to do.

We installed a new tankless water heater last year in December 2018 for this customer because the old water heater was leaking, we received a call from the tenants at that time that the water was to hot so we came out and we changed the temperature on the water heater, that's when we found the issue with the mixing valve in the shower. After we spoke with the renters last year and the owner over the phone we never heard back from anyone until the renters moved out and the homeowner moved in a few months ago, we came back out several times after the homeowner moved in for this issue and we explaining to the homeowner what the issue was with the mixing valve in her shower we recommended a plumbing company that we know to the customer, she then stated that she didn't feel she should pay for a plumbing company because she said you don't buy a cake and pay extra for the frosting, I explained that the water heater and mixing valve was a separate issue and that if she calls a licenced plumbing company out and they say different that I would pay for the service call, she agreed to do so at that time, I gave her the number to All Pro Plumbing and she did call and she told them she wouldn't pay for their service but would like for them to come out, I received a call from the plumbing company and I told them that that was not our agreement. Our license allows us to replace and install boilers and water heating units but we don't install plumbing faucets. There is no other issues with any other faucets in the home receiving hot water other than in the shower. We have othered to pull the water heater out and refund her money if she was not happy. We have tried our hardest to make this customer happy but to no avail.

If she would like cordant another company to come out at the same as we remove the water heater that we installed and we would refund her money at the time of removal, we would work with the company so that the customer is not without hot water at any point in time.

I did call All pro Plumbing, as requested by Mr., and when the owner, ***, came out, his first words were to the effect of, "How did this ball get tossed to me?" he mentioned nothing about the valve and was going to call the manufacturer and find out about this tank; something I think mr. could have done. I have made many attempts to contact Marey tankless water heater company and when you call, you are asked to send an email. when you email, you are asked to call. I did both; left messages with both, and was ignored. Contrary to what was written, the problem never was rectified. When the renters were here, the water remained either scalding hot or freezing cold and they never did have a shower. I had the same issue when I moved back in. I do agree that attempts were made to regulate, but never with any success. My request to either get a new unit or have them fix the problem were met with promises of calling me back or coming out; neither of which happened. This was not personal. I just wanted a warm shower in my own home, without getting scalded or frozen. The issue is with all the taps, bathroom sink, kitchen sink; it is just more of a shock under a scalding hot shower.

I will look for another plumbing company to install a functioning water heater, but as mr. never responds to my calls, nor shows up when he promises, how do we now navigate this solution?

I also would like the funds either in cash or certified cheque. thank you.

Good morning,

In response to the Complaint,

We will be happy to work with the Company that the complainant chooses to make sure she is not without a water heater. If the Company she chooses would like to call my Office directly so we can work together and schedule an appointment so both Companies are on site at the same time to remove the water heater and refund her all monies paid.

I will have a check ready to pay the complainant once the water heater has been removed.

was honest and straight forward. He gave me a fantastic deal on a HEIL 5-ton AC unit.
This 16 seer unit has a two- stage compressor and variable speed indoor unit. Had it about 6 weeks now and love it. This thing really blows cold air. What a difference over my old unit.
