I went over there and did my job, I did not talk to her, I didn't speak to her, I did my job and leftI don't know what she's talking aboutShe was difficult to work for, and we went above and beyond for herI did additional work for her at no charge (kick boards)

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting his comments, because of his very unprofessional attitude. First of all, he I called him on a Monday and told him about the fence problem, and he promised to check his schedule and he would call me back later in the evening, after he checked his schedule to see when he could come and fix the problemIf feel this should have been a priority fix, since he had already been paidWhen he did not call back that evening, I called again the next morning, which was Tuesday and he assured me he would be there on Wednesday to take care of the problem. He did not show up, so I waited to hear from him until the weekend and when he still did not show up on Saturday I decided to call and leave him a messageThat is when I also contacted the Revdex.com because I had trouble with him showing up to even do the fence so I figured he would do the same thing with the repairing of the fenceOne excuse after another and believe me, I heard them allWell he did return my call on Sunday and said he would be out on Wednesday or ThursdayI did not tell him at that time that I had already submitted the complaint. Well when he heard from you, he called me immediately in a very irate state, calling me an it for contacting you, and said he would be out on Wednesday and take care of the problem and then hung up on me. As a person I did like Chris, but I feel he is so unorganized in his thoughts and scheduling that it affects his ability to complete projects as promised. His work with the fence posts and how sturdy they were put in the ground is excellent. So if and when he learns to get organized and learn from the criticism given, he could become a very good fence personAfter thinking over how rude he was to me, I decided not to call the Revdex.com as I had said I would because I needed time to think how I would respond to this complaint, and for that I do appologizSincerely,*** ***

I did follow through and go on that "Wednesday that I told [redacted] I would be there" and did correct items.  [redacted] actually posted this complaint before the day I commited to.  This is all done.  [redacted] even said she would call Revdex.com.....she did not.    No issues are out...

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I have a witness who will verify that he was the irresponsible one, and I can still take photos of the fence tops where he did not trim them.  However, as far as I am concerned I am finished with him and will not be recommending him to anyone.  He is extremely immature. lazy, and totally unorganized.  I am sure if he continues to make excuses for his failure to deliver as promised, he will not be in business long.  I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional in my life.  Next time I will pay more and get someone with integrity to do the job.  I am not asking for anything other than what was promised on the original contract so since he begrudgingly came and nailed the fence slats on, the way they should have been done to begin with, we are finished here! My friend who told me about the fence slats not being nailed on and was here to hear most of the excuses for his delay in getting the job done, is also the one who recommended I report him to the BBC,  so no one else would have to endure what I was subjected to.  Hence the original letter to you.  You may go ahead and close this complaint out, because he will never be mature enough to accept responsibility for his short comings.  Yes he did do the kick boards, but not because I asked him to, he volunteered to do them when my friend said he would do those.  Thank you for listening to this complaint and there will be no further comments on this subject, as far as I am concerned, the book is closed on this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]
