After careful review of the patients chart the following is our response to the claim.Prior to the patients complaints to the Revdex.com expressing her disappointment in All Around Health and specifically Dr [redacted] our office had done the following:Given explicit instructions and reviewed how the test was to be performed due to limited time in the united states.Sent multiple emails and calls at no additional charge to communicate about labs both prior to and after at no additional charge when a charge does occur.A new test was shipped as courtesy to the patient to avoid additional charges to her.Email was responded to Sent on the 14th response on the 29th which was only business days after careful review of what had occurred.Following the complaint with the Revdex.com our office has conducted the following:Continued to correspond with the Laboratory company to correct the laboratory mishap and researched customs information for the patients country of origin as that information was not given to us.To date the patient has not given a feasible solution to her complaint of how we can help her We would love to offer a solution to the patient and think that the best assistance would be her finding a physician and laboratory that would be in closer proximity so that she may be easier managed and there would be no complications with the laboratory testing.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter Sincerely, Dr [redacted]
