All Around Landscaping

I called the owner David as they had put up a new good neighbor fence between me and my neighbors home which we had shared the costs of. His employee was very nice, when taking down the old fence panels, I said wow, I wonder if I could make a fort for my kids with the old wood. His employee said well I will leave it, if you decide it's harder than you thought give us a call and we will come get it. I decided to call All Around and have them pick up the old fence panels and was going to get a quote to fence the rest of my yard, which would have been around 3-4 thousand of new business for them. When I called and tried to talk to David, he was the rudest person I have ever spoken with in my entire life and I am not a spring chicken. He proceeded to tell me that he had no contract with me and was not going to pick up the old fence panels they left. When I tried to explain that me and the neighbor went in 1/2 on the fence together and that I realize the neighbor chose his company but the old panels were left in my yard from the job his company performed. He interrupted me, yelled at me and said he would not talk to me as I did not hire him (even though I paid half his bill) He would never let me speak a word, every time, I tried to explain, he cut me off and yelled more. I never did get to the point of letting him know I was going to hire his team for more work because he refused to SHUT UP for a moment. I told him I was going to write this review about how terrible my experience with him was. Too bad because his employees were very nice on the days they worked here and the owner needs to take a lesson on customer service from them. I will never hire them again or recommend this company to ANYONE ever.

Recently contracted All Around Landscaping for a patio project with pergola and landscaping. David and his team did an excellent job, His costs were very reasonable and the project was completed on time. They did a GREAT job!!!
