***DOCUMENT ATTACHED***To:The Revdex.comIn response to the complaint filed by Mr***,on our last service call,which was set up to diagnose andisolate a problem with equipment supplied by Mr***,we spent from 9:am-12:30pmAs he is aware, upon our initial staof the owner supplied equipment, we were on the phone with J.C.who was the person representing the LG equipment manufacturer from whom Mr [redacted] purchased the equipmentIt was determined there was a problem with the owner supplied equipmentTherefore, as a courtesy,this phone call with J.Cat LG was done in the presence of Mr [redacted] on the job siteAt the time, Mr [redacted] was aware that the manufacturer would cover parts, but not labor or other materials, as stated in the emails and text messages we received from Mr***.On the most recent phone call with the equipment manufacturer we were finally given a case number of# [redacted] and a part number #PMBD1.The part number refers to the distribution box, supplied by Mr***We emailed this information to Mr [redacted] and we requested a work order,warranty form, LG's labor rate, time and additional materials allowed to complete the repairWe asked Mr [redacted] for these items because he,as the owner and supplier of the LG equipment, stated in an email to us that he had an extended parts and labor warranty from the manufacturer, which would cover the additional costs for diagnostics and repairs incurred by our company after initial staare costs incurred by Mr.***, none of which have yet been billedThe work we performed installing the ductwork and hooking up the owner supplied components was all done properly as the LG representative acknowledged.All Around Mechanical,LLC
