We haved been constently calling them they never came to see after we payed them.
I Hired a rep. from ALL Around Roofing on 10/21/19 his name was Mr. S. every seemed okay just that they were taking long to come start the work they claimed they have been with Revdex.com since 2011 until 2015 . They hired somed contractors for Orlando who were very rued ,I called S but never got any call back they started the job on Nov.13, and did not come back until Nov.18, to finish the work . By then I was upset because these contractor were leaving a mess for me to clean up , they didn't bring the ring tools so we had to lend them electric cords hammers on both the times they came, whenever they wanted. Now by this time I was really angry because they had taken the dumpster a week before they finish. So the contractors left me with all the roof garbage on top of my grass , I was calling almost every other day spoke to the secretary left messages for S I never saw or heard from Mr. S after the contract ,We had this mess bass Thanksgiving go we had no choice but to clean it ourselves buy taking to the Wastemangment they broke two cameras . still no calls from All Around Roofing until my wife told them they would not get paid the rest of the money until they replaced the cameras and I gave them a bill for paying someone to put all the garbage in my truck and to clean my truck. now they have closed shop and someone claimed they moved to Calorado while my roof look like its going to file away with the first hurricane we get. my old roof looks better then what these contractors did. they claimed I had 20 years of warranty . what happens now their License # *** EXP. Aug. 31, 2020 I total payment was 9,683.00 people I spoke to at all around roofing to come see the job they had done and never answered S S B Smith Thomas who claim to be the big boss. I have phone number if needed I believe they still answer their business line. I'm trying to find out if they are still finishing jobs out here in Florida. Thank You I'm so sorry I can't send you any proof but I do have every thing including pictures. If I need to send them please call us and we will gladly send you everything you need.
I would like for them to come and repair the broken and some of the bad sindle that they put on my roof I also still have a bag from the shindles that the date is expired thats why they did not stick . they are up in the air, and I want them to honor my warreny .most of them are cracked the tips are all up in the air ,and like I said if we get a hurricane we will loose our roof . most of them are crooked .
I don't know why I have never seen this complaint come through. I will have someone reach out to you in the next 48 hrs to come out to your property and walk everything. The warranty is a 10 year workmanship and material warranty. With our license it shows it expires on that date because the license in Florida is only good for 1 year and we have to renew it every year.
As of this day we have not yet heard or seen anyone from All Around Roofing and Exteriors Florida, Inc. They got in touch by you and said we would here from them in 48 Hr. nothing has happened my roofing is still looking worst every day that goes by. they said we have 10 year warranty so why aren't they coming . they no longer work from that address. just the phone # is good. the last time I went to that office they told me they had moved Calorado. so who could figure this one out . I sent them a message on there website. lets see if they answer.I have pictures if you would like me to mail them to you.I still have my Receipts and pictures of the mess they left me.
WE would like for them to come and repair all broken shindles and fix the ones that are not sticking on but sticking up in the air. I sure would like an apologie, for not calling us back . .

New Roof installed on 8/23/2019, leaked on 12/23/2019. Roof leaked again on 2/1/2020
Originally worked with Andrew (salesman) and Gary the Manager, Thomas and Charlie. Charlie was sent to repair roof after 1st leak, home inspector said it was not done correctly. Charlie was sent to evaluate water damage inside dwelling and did not check for moisture damage inside the dwelling or mold, just spray painted the spots in the ceiling. We feel this is poor workmanship. on 2/12/2020 we called customer service spoke with Lorenzo at 303-421-7663 and we were told customer service would be back in touch with us. We are concerned, was our new roof properly installed in August? Will we have mold and moisture damage in the near future which will have to be repaired by us and no fault of the roofing company? Now the company that is local is going out of business!
We would like to have customer service in the corporate office give us some warranty in writing that if our roof leaks again, they will repair it correctly and evaluate any inside damage properly

All Around Roofing and Exteriors Inc has always been responsible for warranty work. I'm truly sorry your roof leaked.
The contract that you signed between yourself and AARE states a 5 year workmanship warranty will be provided. The contract is all you need so you've actually had the warranty in writing from the start.
I would be more than willing to draft a letter stating the exact same verbiage that your contract states.
In the future so you don't have to go through the Revdex.com you may call me directly.

We did not receive an email from the CEO, Stephen S in regard to how they will cover any leaks we may have in the future due to roof leaking in two places four months after it was installed. He stated he would put this in writing and claimed he sent an email to us, but we did not receive it. Our correct email address is

The service was great, they repaired the roof in record timing and the employee's were awesome. The only problem I had was waiting for the roof to get the final inspection. The roof has been done now for about two weeks and even though we called the roofing company to tell them that the inspector left a note on the paper work we did not hear from All around roofing. The inspector finally came back today to finalize the inspection. So all in all Im happy thus far.
great company to work with. Roof was completed in a timely manner. They left the site clean and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. They took all the stress out of working with the insurance company .

There seemed to be a bit of a problem between the city of Rockledge and All Around Roofing with cordination and release of the building permit that delayed the work by about 10 days. The work itself was fine and they did the job they said they would. There seemed to be a lot of communication problems dealing with this companythroughout the process. Also in my contract or what I thought was a contract, our sale person identified that," if we were to recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof and they used All Around Roofing I would receive $250.00". Well I did recommend the company, and they did use this company and just like the rest of the experience with All Around Roofing, I am still waiting for this money, again not very good with coming through on what was said during the first interaction with them. there are other roofing companes and I would recommend to shop around.
Very happy with the whole roofing project from start to finish. Initial survey done by Chris M who took the time to sit down with us and explain all the ins and outs of the process. She took meticulous notes as to problem areas, our concerns, time challenges and was a terrific representative for All Around Roofing. The pricing and materials in the proposal were astonishingly competitive and while we obtained several other bids, All Around fit our needs and budget best. When work commenced, crew was on time, performed tasks quickly and completely, and maintained a very friendly demeanor. During the project, the Project Manager made several visits and inspections so as to meet all building code requirements. At project completion, she met with us for a mutual inspection. I have had several roofs redone in my life, and I can honestly say that our dealings with All Around Roofing were by far, the best.
These people are super aggressive and rude , they have been calling me every other day and I never even hired them, I told them to knock it off but still they call , if they were a decent company they would not have to strong arm potential customers , how they got good reviews is a mystery to me
