I would like to thank an employee of the Gold Coast Casino and Hotel and inform his supervisor of what he did to assist my husband and me yesterday in Las Vegas We were checked out of our room and enroute to the airport to catch our flight to Canada When we got the parkade, we had a flat tire on our car rental and panicked as we had to get to the airport We went to the front desk and the clerk let us use the phone to call the rental company The rental company would not help us, so we went to the parkade to change the tire ourselves The equipment in the rented car was inferior and would not lift the vehicle to change the tire ***, the Security Guard, drove up and asked if we needed help He found us a jack and helped us change the tire Without his help, we would have missed our flight and we had to get back to Canada I think this gentleman should be thanked and shown appreciation by the Gold Coast for going above and beyond to help two strangers and making our day If we would have missed our flight, we would have been in trouble and *** came to our aid Please have someone thank this young man, ***, for helping two Canadian visitors We had an enjoyable stay at the Gold Coast and always stay here or at the Orleans as we like the friendly atmosphere of the employees who are employed here Our names are *** and *** *** from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada Can you please let us know if our request was honored We are at ***@yahoo.com Thank you kindly If this is not the correct website to send this on, please let us know or forward this to the correct people
