Company did not disclose cancellation requirements. Company filed credit claim for attempted to bill us for products not purchased.All Around Sports aggressively convinced us to advertise our business on a calendar they were creating. We changed our mind 6 days later but were told they would not cancel the add and that we owed them an additional $200. We stated we were not ok with this and wanted the add cancelled. An individual called us back a day later and said that they would cancel the add and refund our money. Over the next two months, we continued getting e-mail and phone calls from this company stating we owed them money. Each time we told them we had cancelled the add and they stated they could only find record of the conversation where they told us they would not cancel the add. They called us 12 times over the next 2 months and each time it was the same deal - they only had record of a discussion where they told us they would not cancel our add or bill, and at the end of each of these calls they said they would cancel the add. But they never cancelled it and just kept calling us back without any apparent record of the any of the other calls. This company keeps spotty records and harrasses customers to make purchases. We ended up having to pay $150 to this company just to get on their no call list and prevent them from making false credit claims against us. We will be working with our school district to find other companies to work with for school sports materials. There was never any contractual agreement made by ourselves with this company and yet they threatened to file a credit claim against us. We never even received the product they charged us for. Desired SettlementWe would like a refund of the $150 charged to date and a requirement that the company disclose their contractual policies in writing to all would be consumers.

I Can not reach anyone by phone or email. I paid for products that I have not received, nor can I get and ETA.I placed an order on August 4th. On their site, it says, "items usually ship 1-2 business days". Today is August 27th. I emailed them almost two weeks ago and got no response. I sent them another email today, August 28th, but I don't think that they will respond to this one either. They charged my credit card the same day that I placed my order. Their policy (I saved the screen shot on the 'help" page) states that they charge credit card 24 hours prior to shipping the item(s). This, clearly is not the case! You can all do the math; order placed August 4 and today is august 27. The order is in permanent limbo "order processing" so that you can not cancel the order, how convenient.August 28th, I left message and asked for someone to call me back if they are so inclined; no call back and no response to a late night email on August 27 going into August 28.I placed multiple phone calls (45 minutes worth) into the company via the 800 number and the [redacted]. The phone just rings and rings then eventually, the call is dropped. I believe that the [redacted] number is a cell phone because I sometimes get a recording that says, "We are sorry, but your party is not answering."I will be contacting the S[redacted] in North Carolina as well.Desired SettlementI want my funds credited back to my card. I want nothing to do with this company ever again.

Ordered baseball pants that were backordered and never shipped. Double billed my credit card. Ordered 6 pairs of baseball pants - item number [redacted] on 5/9/2014. The order was charged to my credit card twice. Once under [redacted] and once under [redacted] because the website failed to take the first order. Although I was charged for both orders, I was notified that the pants were on backorder. I had the order canceled and they informed me that I would receive a credit on my credit card (146.02) x 2. I have tried to email and call the company to follow-up with my complaint and the number rings without answer and no response by email.Desired SettlementWould like my credit card refunded for each transaction of 146.02 (twice) on 5/9/2014.

Ordered product, it was charged to my account, never received item.Ordered a softball catcher's mitt for $185 on 7/6/2014 with a 3 day shipping method. I received a confirmation page with my order number and that said I would be emailed a confirmation. Never received any email. The transaction for $197.85 was taken from my [redacted] on 7/7/2014. When checking my order status on-line, it continues to say "processing". When searching through the "help" files, it only states that "the product will ship when the money has been received". It is now 7/14/2014 and no one will answer the phone and I tried to send an email and it was sent back to me "undeliverable". I have entered a dispute with my [redacted] but am afraid it's nothing but a scam and I will be out the $200!!!Desired Settlementcredit my [redacted] card $197.85 since I have not received the item and do not think I will!

I ordered a product on January 20, 2014 and selected the two day shipping. It is now January 28th and still has not arrived.My order number is XXXXXX and customer ID is XXXXX. I ordered a Anderson Rocketech model XXXXXX on January 20, 2014 and selected the two day shipping. The total price came out to $226.20. It is now January 28th and I have still not received my product. I have tried to email and call them multiple times but they do not answer their email or phone, even if a message is left. On their website, it still says my order is processing despite the fact that my card was charged on January 23rd. I have also tried going on their website to cancel my order but am not able to. Desired SettlementIf my product is not here by January 30, 2014 I would like a refund of my money in the full amount of $226.20.
