I am rejecting this response because All Around the House and More are wrong when they said it would take 4-hoursThe quote only stipulated two people and the hourly rateIt did not mention hoursMrHurt did not tell my husband the day he came to inspect the job nor the day he came to do the job that it would be 4-hoursI did not misunderstand MrHurt when he told me hoursHe did not say 4-hoursMrHurt is not truthfulMy husband watched the workers the whole time and he said it was amateur hourThey borrowed tools from my husband and they tried to hang a door in the wrong placeMy husband had to point out that the door belonged to the other roomThen they put up the track but they had to take it down because they left the parts inside that were not usedThis went on two or three timesWhich obviously used up more timeThen they were having problems with the bottom bracket bending downSo my husband finally told them to use a block of wood under it and it would not bendMrHurt then cut a piece of wood from a long strip he had with a sawzall with a blade designed to cut metal not woodOnce again, not preparedObviously they did not know what they were doingThey also went out for approxminutes for parts they should have brought with themThe third door took all of minutes which my husband had repaired and they just helped to hang itThe four hours were primarily for the two bedroom doorsI feel that the fair payment was for two hours worked for two peopleI paid them $because I feel that I should not have to pay for their mistakes and incompetenceI also feel that they owe me $for the overage time workedAlso, I feel that this incident should affect their Revdex.com gradeIt should be downgraded to a C-
