All Around Travel

I would love to have gone on here and given them a great review but unfortunately that won't be the case. I was supposed to be going to my cousins wedding in punta cana this september, I had been making payments towards the trip and when I asked about my balance it was only showing I had paid $200 towards the total cost. When I asked about a refund because at this point I lost faith with them all together they said no refund would be given because it would cost $50 a person to cancel and $50 a person to change the reservation. In my opinion if you're making a payment through a travel agency they should be keeping track just like the resort should be keeping track. In the future when I take a trip out of the country or anywhere for that matter I will not use MK all around travel.
