Review: I ordered a PLD135 DVD player for my car on July [redacted] 2013. I received a remanufactured DVD player that was a different model from them less than a week later. The item description did not say anything about a remanufactured product. I installed it in my car on July [redacted] and it would turn on but not read any DVDs. I called them and left a voicemail and emailed them on July [redacted] and left my name order number and phone number and requested a return authorization number. I got no response to either. I called again on August [redacted] and got no answer. I left another voicemail and email.Desired Settlement: I want to return the defective product and receive a full refund.

Review: I ordered a product that was represented as brand new on the company's website. They even listed a factory refurbished model at a discounted price. It said to call for details. I did not call, as I preferred the new unit. It came a few days later, and the package was clearly labeled refurbished. I was charged for the new unit ; which is what I wanted. I have been making phone calls for 2 weeks, and have left multiple messages asking for a phone call to settle the matter. I also sent them an email, and have yet to get ANY response from them. It is very frustrating, and very sad that a company would choose to do business this way. It clearly shows their intent to deceive me, and deliver the refurbished unit to me. What a SCAM! I have been in business myself for many years, and have had many direct dealings, as well as purchasing many items online. I have NEVER came in contact with ANY company that chose to do business this way!!!Desired Settlement: I tried to reach them to get an exchange to make things right. I no longer have interest in that. I want them to have the package picked up for return. I want a full refund from them.

Review: I ordered a am/fm player w/tv tuner . When I received the box, the box was in bad shape, I opened the box and the radio was old and used and the WRONG radio I had ordered. I called all the phones numbers they have to let them know about the mistake. The recording came on and said leave a message and we will get back to you within (2) Two hours. I call (10) time with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like them to take the radio back and return all my money!

Review: I ordered a product from the company. The item was shipped. The item did not appear new condition. The product was tested and did not meet my companies expectation. The product was returned in accordance with the companies return policy and was expecting a credit. The company refuses to credit the card. The shipment was verified through UPS and the guy is claiming he never recieved it. I have emails with the documentation to support my claim.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a credit Less the 15% restocking fee that their policy indicates.

Review: I placed an order on 6/**/14 for item # PLDMR23. No confirmation email was received by company, website showed order as "in process". Item received was # PLDMR87 which is not substitutable for the item ordered, and was REFURBISHED which is not stated anywhere on their website that items are not brand new. Several phone calls and emails were made to the company requesting a return label and a refund with no reply.Desired Settlement: Business should send a postage paid return label to me so incorrect item can be sent back, and my money should be refunded to my credit card.

Review: We make orders from this web site and they send to us only 8 items from 21. We try to contact them every day left so many messages and they never answer and newer call us back. It's been 2 month go when we make the order. They never refund the money for the items we never receive. Thank you for try to help us. Thanks [redacted]

Review: I ordered a brand new car radio with cassette player item number LR203FX from all audio expo.com on march **, 2014. they sent me the wrong radio with cassette player (LR175) on march **. I emailed them on march **, march **, april * and april *. I also called and left messages couple times on their answering machine. I stated i'll keep this wrong item just to make things easy and I want a new receipt. I also stated that if this wrong item is cheaper than the item I ordered, they need to give me a partial refund. they did not reply back. on april * I installed this wrong item on my car. the radio works ok, but the cassette player does not work. I emailed them on april * and april [redacted] I also called them on april * and april ** to leave messages. I stated to them about sending this defective item back to get my full refund in the amount of $54.60 back on my master card. I also stated I do not want a credit(store credit). they never replied back by phone or email to give me a rma number. calling them is useless. it is always the answering machine.Desired Settlement: I just want my full refund of $54.60 back on my master card. also since I notify them within 15 days, they should pay for the return shipping as well when I send it back.

Review: On 01/**/2015 I ordered 3 sets of speakers for my husband & as of 04/**/2015 I have not received them. I have left several phone messages and sent several emails with no response. I spent $190.27 which was deducted from my bank account.Desired Settlement: I want the speakers, but if that is not possible, I want a refund.

Review: I ordered a sound system on 12/**/2013 and paid for 3 day shipping for $106.54 I did not receive the product until 12/**/2013. I have called twice and left messages for someone to call me, emailed twice asking for a refund for additional payment for shipping as I did not receive the product within 3 business days. I have had no response. Every time I call I get an answering machine. I just want the additional shipping charge refunded.Desired Settlement: I just want the $106.54 refunded to me.
