Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Scott and Jeff on several occasionsI have text messages and call logs as evidenceI reached out to Scott and explained the vehicle no longer was running, and he promised me a warranty when I originally purchased the vehicle because the first car he attempted to sale me immediately had issues.( I was adamant about getting my money back, but he was insistent on the sale.)He convinced me that he was a trustworthy and an honorable manWhile speaking with Jeff on several occasions, I explained that I am willing to pay the $that was remaining on the vehicleScott had the car taken without my consent or knowledgeI told Jeff that I did not authorize the charges for repairs on the Lexus and for all I care the repairs can be undone and I am happy to pay the $which we had contractedIt is unlawful for a "business" a bunch of crooks, to take a vehicle without my consent and try and force me to pay an additional $for repairs that I did not request or authorizeJeff made a suggestion that I let this go if I cannot make the payment for $and take this as a learning lessonI am years old, make $an hour and live independentlyI refuse to let $1,go down the drainJeff even said this was the wrongful of Scott, but he did nothing to change what has been going onJeff is the owner of All Auto Sales and has the capability to make this right, but he chooses not toAll Auto Sales does not value their customersScott the salesman is unprofessional, inappropriate, a conPLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREYOU WILL REGRET THISTina who does financing also tried to act compassionate towards my mother and I when I came into the office to discuss this matter, but in reality she had no interest in helping just like Scott and JeffTina even said Scott is a [redacted] and does what he wantsAs a business, there should be consquences for people who do their jobs wrong and cause others finanical issuesAll I wanted from All Auto Sales was reliable transportation in which Scott had promised and that did not happenSincerely, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] did purchase a Honda Pilot from us on 12/20/He contacted us and stated he was having issues trying to get the vehicle to pass emissionsAt our instructions, Mr [redacted] brought the vehicle back to us and we sent it to a repair companyAfter investing another $in the vehicle we were advised they were unable to get the vehicle to pass inspection without spending an additional (roughly) $2,We advised Mr [redacted] what the repair shop had discovered and offered (as a good will gesture, ALL of our vehicles are sold AS IS) to come in and choose a different vehicle on our lotThis was the last correspondence we had with Mr [redacted] As of this date, he has not returned to our lot to choose another vehicle

Ms [redacted] agreed to immediately get insurance on the vehicle for the duration of her contractShe did not do as agreed upon and is now out her car because she wrecked itWe have no problem returning the car to her as long as she is up to date on her past car payments, which she has never payed even one since the vehicle was purchased

I feel it is his responsibility to refund my money or pay to have the vehicle in question fixed. Ms*** did in fact purchase an older Honda which had IssuesTherefore, the 1994Laxus was offered to herMs *** test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase theLaxus on August 15, Ms *** agreed and signed all proper documentsIncluding an As is~ No Warranty" document (please see
attached)The purchase priceof the Laxus was $1,Ms*** put a down payment of $1,with twomonthly payments of $with no Interest (9-13-and 10-13-Please seeattached)Ms*** failed to make her October 13thpaymentScott also received textfrom Ms *** that she will NOT make her final paymentTherefore, on October 27,the vehicle was legally repossessed.Since the repossession of the vehicle, our mechanic inspected the vehicleOnNovember 14, 2016, the Exhaust Leak was fixed by replacing the Flex PipeNovember25, 2016, Front Door Regulator, Side/Rear/Cargo Regulator and Inside Door Handlewas fixed.Ms *** was advised that upon submitting the balance of $and an additional$for the parts and labor (which is way below what a mechanic or Laxusdealership will charge for the parts and labor), we would be willing to give the vehicleback to her without charging her any other fees such as towing feeMs *** refusedto agree with our terms

I am rejecting this response because: there is no purchase of goods or servicesA purchase indicates taking ownership of an item in exchange for monies or services or thingsi currently do not have ownership of the honda pilot, nor do I have it in my posession nor is the title registered with the state in my name with or without lean, nor do I have the vehicleit sits on your lot with the paper work as well, along with my money, a deal gone wrongsecondly you are not being forthright when you say " gave him a choice in another vehicle" its simply not true, you never said that to meas a matter of fact, you said thusly " my owner told me to call you and put you in the hyundai tuscon, and I dont want him in alot of other cars" I replied " that doesnt sound right to me, he can't just pigeon hole me like that, I will come down and look at other cars maybe tomorrow or saturday, but if you dont have somthing I want, then I am going to need a refund." then the sales person/ you, chuckled and stated smuggly " that would be a first"so that being said I no longer wish to conduct business with youi do request, nay require a refund of my down payment and first months payment, $total, and an additional estimated $i put in to getting it to pass emmisions, wich it did notfurther more this *was never mentioned, nor any work that was done by " your mechanic"the firs time I brought it to you, "your mechanic" said to just drive it, so I did for a day, then all the C.E.Llights went off and I brought you the paperwork, the car, all my reciepts, and even gave all the information about recall histories, service, and even printed out obd II codes being registered on the engine control modulei informed you that I was done, its not going to pass, and I suggested, not you, that you let me look at other cars, or I would like a refundyou said you have the mechanic try againi test drove the tuscon, and told you briefly there was somthing off with it and immediately turned my attention to your other vehicles, that is to say I glanced at themthen the afore mentioned telephone conversation happened and I am still without a vehicle and you are hindering me from aquiring a vehicle by attemping to keep my money that I gave in good faith for a vehicle that I can not legally own and operatei request that you do what is right and give me my money back because I know you do not have a car that I want, I just want a refund

Ms*** did purchase the vehicle from us on 2/11/It is our policy to encourage customers to have a professional mechanic check out the vehicle prior to purchaseAfter inspecting the vehicle herself, Ms*** returned with her, I am assuming, husband who inspected the vehicleWe
offer a warranty through a 3rd party which Ms*** refused at time of purchaseWithout the purchase of these warranties all vehicles are sold AS IS and this is explained to customer prior to purchaseShe signed an affidavit stating she knew she was purchasing the vehicle AS IS.We are willing to defer her payments, for a reasonable length of time, so she can have the vehicle repairedWe are sorry this has occured but after a vehicle leaves our lot it then becomes the responsibility of the customerWe have no way of knowing how the vehicle was driven and maintainedPlease let us know if you have any further questions or how we should proceed.Thank you

While speaking with Jeff on several occasions, I explained that I am willing to pay the $250 that was remaining on the vehicle. Scott had the car taken without my consent or knowledge. I told Jeff that I did not authorize the charges for repairs on the Lexus and for all I care the repairs can be undone and I am happy to pay the $250 which we had contracted. It is unlawful for a "business" a bunch of crooks, to take a vehicle without my consent and try and force me to pay an additional $250.00 for repairs that I did not request or authorize. Jeff made a suggestion that I let this go if I cannot make the payment for $500 and take this as a learning lesson. I am 20 years old, make $14 an hour and live independently. I refuse to let $1,550 go down the drain. Jeff even said this was the wrongful of Scott, but he did nothing to change what has been going on. Jeff is the owner of All Auto Sales and has the capability to make this right, but he chooses not to. All Auto Sales does not value their customers. Scott the salesman is unprofessional, inappropriate, a con. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. YOU WILL REGRET THIS. Tina who does financing also tried to act compassionate towards my mother and I when I came into the office to discuss this matter, but in reality she had no interest in helping just like Scott and Jeff. Tina even said Scott is a [redacted] and does what he wants. As a business, there should be consquences for people who do their jobs wrong and cause others finanical issues.
