The customer stopped payment on the check prior to taking the car to the dealership and there fore had no intent to pay the bill.  Furthermore she had the dealership do whatever they have done, she has not provided us with any invoices as to what the dealership has done to the car.  Last...

spoke she claimed that the wrong or incorrect spark plugs were installed in the car.  Our company has spoke to two different auto parts stores and that was the correct spark plugs for that application.  I would need the old spark plugs back to issue her a credit for them, which is a reasonable request.  She has not returned calls or provided us with the old parts / invoice.  She also stated that the motor mount we gave her for free was installed incorrectly.  As there was no charge on the motor mount I can not issue her a refund.  The part and the labor was all done for free.  Lastly, I am not willing to accept no payment on a $15xx transaction written with a bad check.  I would be willing to refund the spark plugs provided I can get the old ones or some documentation indicating why the plugs we installed were incorrect.  My phone number is [redacted] she can ask for [redacted]  Until further notice our companies legal action will continue until we recieve payment.
