All Baby Home Store

Review: My husband and I are expecting our first child soon. We ordered a Greco Shelby crib on[redacted] because they were the only website that had an available listing for that crib. I received an order confirmation email the next day stating the item I bought, that I should be expecting an email when the item is shipped, an estimated arrived date of June *, 2013 and that it was sold by a third party seller , All Baby Home Stores. On June [redacted] we called sears to make sure there was no problem with the order. The Sears representative stated we would have to contact the All Baby Home Store to find out what the delay was and gave us the contact information. We called that day and left a message with a phone number to call back. We have since left two other messages with no reply and no other way of contacting them. I never received an email stating that the item was shipped and I have yet to receive a response from this store. It has been over a month since I bought the crib and over two weeks since I attempted to contact this business. This is a time sensitive item and would like a refund so I can purchase it at a different store. Please contact me by email with any information or response.

However, Sears has contacted me and resolved the issue.
