All Basics

On 2/28/2020, shopping for prom dresses for my daughter at All Basics, associate named *** helped us with our transaction. I mentioned to her we are still shopping around. *** stated that I can put a deposit down and they will hold the dress for us. And if we decided to get a dress somewhere else that I can get a refund on my deposit. Nothing was special ordered or altered in any way.
March 4th I go to all basics to get my refund because my daughter decided to go to a different boutique. I was told by Alyssa that I cannot get a refund it's on the paper you signed. I'm like what paper? This document I was told by ***, it was to hold the dress , and keep it on file so no one from Quartz Hill High can purchase the same dress. No one told me I couldn't get a refund. If it was told that when I put the deposit down, I wouldn't of paid the deposit fee. No return policy is posted anywhere in the store . As well as their Buisness licence. The girls at the counter did what they could. But trying to get ahold of their manager was impossible. I asked for the manager to call me back and I'm still waiting for that call.
