Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was never a disputed transaction on my credit cardTenergy never asked for more documentation, I had filled out their reseller application and it was approved by tenergyAfter placing my first order, tenergy changed payment terms to a form of payment that would leave me no recourse if there were an issue with quality or delivery.Sincere [redacted]

With regards to the rejection of our response, I am not sure what further action or explanation is required We do not have pending transaction with this customer nor we we have any pending deliverables We wish this cusotmer the best of luck in their future opportunities

We've reviewed all previous communication from the customer
The only communication was sent to our Service Staff email, and our Service Staff replied back with some questions to identify the issue and also the proper Order number
We never received a reply backWe should have no problems
helping a customer with a replacement if customers can provide an Order number that links to a purchase made from our authorized online store or marketplaces If customer can provide us with 1) a proper Order number 2) actual issues they are having with the product, we can work with them for a replacement
Unfortunately, it is way past the 30-day return period (assuming customer purchased back in December of last year) and cannot offer a refund, however, again we can work with them for a replacement
Summary of Communication:
1) Received eMail Communication from Customer: Sat, Mar 4, at 1:PM
2) Our Service Staff sent an email back to customer

Regarding Consumer Complaint #[redacted]: Tenergy was in discussion with this customer, but we did not finalize any sales transaction. We had asked the customer for additional information regarding their business credentials, which they chose not to provide. Tenergy then requested for cash or...

bank-wire payment in order to move forward with the pending sales transaction, which they chose not to provide. After these discussions, the customer requested to cancel the pending sales transaction. Tenergy had immediately cancelled this pending transaction. Tenergy has a responsibility to our customers, team members, and partners to protect against fraud, ensure high quality standards, and to maintain a profitable business. We do wish this customer the best of luck in their future opportunities. Specific to this complaint, please be advise Tenergy did not process any payment, though the customer has disputed a charge of $618.00. This disputed charge has absolutely no merit.
