I know the wall heater was replaced and the sheetrock needs to be removed for the city to inspect the vent. We normally schedule a come back visit to patch the wall. Im sorry she was not scheduled for this return visit. We will also replace thermostat if its difective. Normally we install the new thermostst in the same location as the original one was located because the wire has already been ran there. We will check the location of the thermostat and relocate if possable. There will be no charge for these repairs.
We are committed to quality workmanship and I will be going over this situation with my staff at our next meeting.

I accept the response as of today, April 6th 2015, because the technician came to the house, replaced the missing drywall, installed the correct thermostat, and the technician left knowing the heater was in working condition.
