All Bed Bugs Begone

Review: Bed Bugs Be Gone was contracted by the City of Phoenix to service my apartment for bed bugs when they came to do the service the company employee moved and ripped my sleep number matress and continued with the service. By the company ripping my mattress open and then applying the excessive heat caused my chambers in my mattress to melt. The chambers would have been ok if they were not exposed due to negligence of the company employee [redacted] tearing it open. The owner is Scott and he wrote out a check for 341.00 when I paid 1595.00 for my sleep number mattress and the owner refuses to compensate or replace my mattress for me. The company tore up my sleep number mattress and causing me undue stress because I have been sleeping on the floor for three weeks. The reason for me buying the sleep number I was in a car accident and my husband has a bad hip.Desired Settlement: I want my mattress which is a California King replaced. I don't want a check just my mattress replaced ASAP. I am in a lot of pain from sleeping on the floor.

We heat-treated an apartment at a community called pine [redacted]. About a week after we treated the apartment I had a phone call that there was a gentleman in distress because we have damaged his bed I went up to the apartment and knocked on the door to see what kind of damage we did and what we could work out the gentleman was drinking started getting violent with me called down to the office and said he was going to kill me I have not yet seen the damage to his bed he threaten me and I could no longer stay in the apartment I had to leave. Then he also complaining that my employees were smoking pot and drinking beer all day that employee has work with me for 4 years and I've never had a complaint against him the gentleman also accuse me of taking his $300,000 house and he was not about to let anyone take away his $3000 bed. I came to find out that his house was repossessed and he was very angry about that I had no idea. So I let the gentleman know that the Sleep Number mattress warrantied for 20 years even know he had signed a contract stating he would not only get everything out of the house that could be damaged with the heat but it relieve me of any reliability of any damaged items. Signed and dated this contract. We went online together to the bed number place and decided that it was going to be three hundred and forty six dollars for the repairs on his bed. Because he bought a demo the warranty he was no longer available. I felt very bad about the bed even though it had to be treated because it was infested with bedbugs in this business you either have to treat the bed or you must throw it away we try to save the bed but was unable to so I told him that I could help him out and give him a check for the parts needed to fix the bed. A couple days later I ride with a check and he decided he wanted 2200 dollars for the bad when I showed him the contract he threatens to kill me again. It is very hard to work with someone wanting to kill you it is very hard to be at the property and do other inspections while this is going on. I'm sorry you were dragged into this but like I said I do have a contract stating that I'm not liable for any damaged items and I have really tried to work with this gentleman he didn't want to check he wanted cash and I did not feel correct about that even though I was just trying to help him out and I did not need to if you need to call me and talk to me personally my phone number is [redacted].
