I called to obtain a part that was under warranty For my pool salter. No,problem we will ship it right out to you . That was on Saturday, June 17 I called today June 28 and the part has still not been shipped out and could be another 10 days before I receive it Unless I want to pay the shipping cost .
That was never explained to me and since I am in Canada and the company is in the US I would've not of paid the shipping anyhow . Now my pool is starting to turn green because I do not have the salt system working . I now have to spend a lot of extra money to keep putting chlorine in the pool which I did not want to do . I also emailed them three days ago which they have not replied to that either . Terrible customer service and I will never buy a product from them again
