Review: ABP is a property management company. They are supposed to post monthly statements regarding my property on their website. They have consistently failed to do so. In fact, we are at the end of November and the last statement they posted was in AUGUST. They also fail to respond to any of my emails in a timely manner. I wrote them on the 11/** asking them to respond to questions I have and to update the statements an their online portal, but heard nothing back from them and the statements were not updated. I wrote them again on the [redacted], and again, heard nothing nor did I see any change. I wrote them again on the **-- again nothing. Yesterday, November [redacted], I started filling in this complaint. I'm not one to 'tell" so I felt really awkward writing the complaint. I called their office and left an message asking the manager to call me back. I heard nothing all day. Today is the [redacted]-- still nothing, not an email, not a call, not a undated web portal. I'm totally in the dark, being ignored, stressed out about the property, and spending time at work writing a complain to the Revdex.com.

This is not the first time they have failed to do their duties as managers of the property, nor is it the first time they have failed to respond to my repeated emails.

Months ago, they skipped a payment to my bank, resulting in payment over 30 days late and damage to my credit. Even then, despite my distressed calls and pleas to respond, it took them days to get back to me. I had to pay a higher interest rate on buying my new home and my credit will remain damaged for years to come. ABP offered to pay the late fees from that payment they forgot to make, but never did so.Desired Settlement: I don't think I should be paying for property management fees. The goal of getting property management was to reduce my stress and make my life easier. Instead, I feel less control and more stress. Want to close my account with them, I want a three month refund of the charges (since the last time they did their job). I want to close my account on December [redacted] and I don't delays or complications moving to new a management company on January [redacted]. I expect full financial accounting at years end and to be paid all owed monies to me.
