Review: Product & delivery issues - The moon bounce was scheduled to be delivered between 12-1pm as the party started at 1pm. They did not arrive until 2:45. The party was over at 4 so we only got an hour use out of the moon bounce. I also rented a snow cone machine from them that did not work. I paid $25 cash for supply which was returned unopened in new condition. The party was on 6/8/13 & They still have no reimbursed me any funds.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the moon bounce rental PLUS refunded the $25 I paid in cash for snow cone supplies.

Review: I contracted with this company to rent a moon bounce and a cotton candy machine for a community event on July 4, 2013. Since we had never used a cotton candy machine, I was uncertain how much to order. The package that I purchased came with an initial amount of cotton candy, and each additional packet was another $20. The person with whom I did the deal said that I could order some extra, and as long as I returned it unopened. This made perfect sense, so I did just that, ordering two extra packets to be sure not to run out of the cotton candy. The base price was $278, with the $40 for the two extra packets of cotton candy. I was charged $318 on July 3 to my [redacted]. As it turned out, we only used the one packet that came with the deal, so I returned the two, unopened packets to the driver when he came to retrieve everything that day. I expected the $40 refund to be processed automatically, but this did not happen. I contacted the company about a week after the event, and I was promised the refund would be issued immediately. When it did not post, I contacted the company again on 8/2, and I was told there was a problem issuing the refund to my credit card. This obviously makes no sense as they had no problem placing a charge against the same card. The woman with whom I spoke ([redacted]) claimed that it might be easier to have them cut a check, so I asked her to do just that. She claimed the check was being issued that same day. On 8.16, not having received the check, I called again and inquired. I have since then placed at least 6 calls to the business, either leaving messages or being promised that it will be resolved immediately. They never have paid and do not return messages.This unethical company continues to not issue the refund I am due. They even sent me an email on 9/16/13 acknowledging their error and that they would " promptly resend your refund totaling $40."Here we are on 10/18, and they still have not made the reimbursement of $40 owed, 3 and 1/2 months after it should have been issued.Desired Settlement: Refund of $40 immediately and a conversation with the owner of the business
