In the Used Car Bill of Rights, Item states: If your engine, transmission, drive axle, brakes radiator, steering, alternator, generator, starter, or ignition system (excluding the battery), are defective, the dealer or his agent must repair, or if the seller should choose, reimburse you for the reasonable cost of the repair After many attempts, this has not been the case The radiator is the main issue and I was told "we don't have a crystal ball when you purchased a used vehicle."

Review: I had purchased a 2003 Volvo XC90 T6 with 76,000 miles from this company. It now has 81,000 miles. I had put in requests to have this vehicle fixed. I had pulled everything I had to purchase tho vehicle. Not even 6 months into owning this car, the head gasket blows. I contacts the dealer and their response: "You purchased a used vehicle, we do not have a crystal ball. If you have a smoke issue, take it to a muffler shop." Upon hearing this, I got angry and started looking over the vehicle more, sure enough there is a muffler issue on top of all the other issues. I now am out $3000 on my down payment, owe $6000 in financing still, and now have a bill for $3000 to repair the car. They were great in helping me get financing...but now I'm stuck with bigger problems and haven't been able to drive my car in over a month. Do yourselves a favor, and buy a car from a more reputable company. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!Desired Settlement: At this point, I love the look and the way the car drove. I want a replacement and one without severe issues. I am realistic and know some issues come with a used car. Working for a not-for-profit, I can't afford much..just want a reliable Volvo to replace what I have.
