Review: I purchased bed back in december of I was promised delivery within weeksit took over I paid extra for installation and assembly of the bedi noticed bed started making squeaks and felt unevenI first though it was my mattress and I spun rotated it to see if that would fix the problemit did notbut I gave it some time thinking I had to even out the mattress from laying in itNoises got louder and bed felt more unstablei finally decided to look at bed itself and noticed screws were loose in one spotthen I noticed it has room for wooden slates to go across and hold bed upbut there was only therethe bed dips in the middle where the 6th slate would goI called ALL brands to see how they can help rectify this issuesince it was improperly assembled by themim not sure if there is a warranty on the bed when I purchased it but that should be irrelevant since they put it together wrongi called up the store several timesthey just kept telling me to "call back next week to speak to manager" I asked what is managers namethey told me Mizo only after asking several timesi asked for last name they would not provide itI googled other complaints about this storesaw the same story about the "call the manager next week"Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money backi spent $i do not want a replacement or a repair

We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer to resolve this issue as soon as possible, but we still have not received any responsePlease advice that we have never received any call or complaint direct from the customerBut we want to send our services guy to his home to fix whatever problem the customer have with his bed, as our customer services has always been our priority
