I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The company has not refunded me for anything I have not opened any claim with the financial institutionThe need to refund me for the item I returnedThis company is a fraudThey received the return two weeks ago so why has my money not been returned to meThat is the question they need to answer.

Customer opened a claim with his credit card company and we are working with the credit card company to resolve the issue Unfortunately once the backcharge was initiated with the financial institution we have to follow the rules and procedures associated with the resolving a backchargel
paperwork requested by the financial institution and are waiting for the issue to be resolved by the credit card company
