Dishwasher door would not stay shut and this company was scheduled to repair it through my warranty company. They came the first time and appeared to fix the issue. On the first visit they were about 1.5hrs late even though every time I called to ask when they would arrive, the customer service rep would say oh 15-20 minutes. After the tech eventually showed up and left, the door would not stay shut and I scheduled an appointment for their company to come out and fix it again. The next available date was 1 week later and I had no dishwasher during this time. The appointment was scheduled for 1-4pm and at 5pm I called to ask on the status and the customer service rep was unable to reach the tech. At 6pm I had the same answer from the customer service rep. At 7pm they were closed and I had no tech show up, no phone call, or any attempt to reach me to reschedule. This company is not worth anyone's time.

Review: The heat in my home was not working. We called A1 Repairs aka All Brands for repair. The repairman that came checked the furnace and said there were two parts that needed to be replaced and needed $430 to repair. The consult and temporary repair was $80. Later that day, the heat stopped working again. I called A1 Repairs and told them it broke as soon as he left. They laughed and said they would not come out again unless I bought the part they told me I needed for $430. The next day, I brought in another repairman with a different company. He checked the furnace and stated the thermostat itself was not working and had to be changed. He installed a new thermostat in under an hour. The whole thing cost $125, parts and labor. I did not even need the $430 part at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my $80 back. They did not repair anything and behaved very unprofessionally.

Review: This company All Brands, Inc, also advertises itself as [redacted]. Their technician came to my home to replace a compressor on my Amana refrigerator, and while doing so, severely scratched my hard wood flooring with his heavy tool bag, air compressor, and movement of the refrigerator. During the first of four service calls, I pointed out to the technician that he was scratching my wood floor. He made no effort to cover the floor or ask for assistance with such. Upon his completion, I was shocked to see that the floor looked like he had gone iceskating on it! My own young children treat my wood floor better than this "professional technician" did!

I immediately called the manager, a woman named [redacted], and I emailed her pictures of the damaged floor. She avoided me for a month and now has emailed to me stating that the wording on their invoice holds them harmless from damage done. Jackie is unwilling to give me the contact name or number of the company owner.Desired Settlement: I asked them to pay for buffing of the scratched wooden floor once I get a quote for the job. Jackie is not interested in helping me. They have a Failing rating from the Revdex.com; I request they be shut down.

Review: on 6-11-14 reppairman came out to my to fix my ac he put in freon and it never worked so he came back a few days later and said it was the motor. repairman said he had to order part. I never heard from him, I had someone else come out, they said that he over charged the system and that is why the motor is broken.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of 350.00
