Dishwasher door would not stay shut and this company was scheduled to repair it through my warranty company They came the first time and appeared to fix the issue On the first visit they were about 1.5hrs late even though every time I called to ask when they would arrive, the customer service rep would say oh 15-minutes After the tech eventually showed up and left, the door would not stay shut and I scheduled an appointment for their company to come out and fix it again The next available date was week later and I had no dishwasher during this time The appointment was scheduled for 1-4pm and at 5pm I called to ask on the status and the customer service rep was unable to reach the tech At 6pm I had the same answer from the customer service rep At 7pm they were closed and I had no tech show up, no phone call, or any attempt to reach me to reschedule This company is not worth anyone's time
