So sorry this is the way you feel about this matterWhen the driver towed your car it was Parked in someone's parking spot we got called out to tow itThe driver took pictures of your carThe driver towed the car from the rear the claws go around touching the tires only and he dollies the front wich only touch the tiresWe did not do any damage to your car And we do have permits and hayward business license hanging on the wall in the office

I'm deeply sorry to hear this but we are just doing our job and we cannot refund any amount because your car was impounded

The car was towed improperly and since the parking brake was on the car was put on dollies, making the back of my car scrape the floor, as you can see the driver never took pictures of the front bumper lip or rear diffuser the car, which should be taken since the vehicle is lowered. You can see the scratch was done and was from the car being towed. The supervisor didn't want to take full responsibility and said I purposelessly did that and was blaming him for it, the scratch is clearly visible and fresh from the day of incident. No record of who called for the tow was given either. California vehicle code 22658 () (C) (II) "if the vehicle was towed from a residential property, the towing company shall redact the information specified in the clause (ii) of sub paragraph (B) in the photocopy of the written authorization provided to the vehicle owner of the agent pursuant to clause (I)."

the customer came running out and paid the $95 on-site drop fee. The customer paid $100 bill cash. Sometimes we have change but that day he did not. The driver told the customer he can collect his $5 change at the office at [redacted] Monday thru Friday at the hours 8am to 5pm. The property has limited parking and the tenant's cannot double Park, block the entrance or fire lanes.
