I have been taking my dogs to training for over 20 years, and this is the FIRST time I have encountered an Owner/trainer with such a Rude,Negative, dismissive and unprofessional attitude which not only affects the dogs....but also the owners!! It is no wonder the Class started with 8-9 people and at my last class there were only 3!!! Needless to say I will not be going back and will Stick to the [redacted] . Even though it is a longer drive, it is very well run and organized;with AMAZING trainers that have good interpersonal skills and carry themselves as true Professionals.
