[redacted] ***, the Operations Manager for Hydrex contacted me by phone and we discussed my complaint He was able to help me better under***d Hydrex’s position on the charges imposed for the work that was completed Mr [redacted] acknowledged my concerns and he offered a compromise that was acceptable to both of us I appreciate the professional manner in which he addressed my concerns I remain a long term customer of Hydrex

filed a complaint against Hydrex pest earlier this weekThere had been no contact about my termite inspection for over weekOr for the sign off of repairsThis was putting my real estate transaction in jeopardy.The day after filing I was in contact with *** *** fom HydrexShe said the company had been sending emails as requested but I told her noone on the list had received anything from Hydrex.Barb went out of her way to insure that the emails were received A.S.A.Pthat dayI appreciate her actions but would suggest that there is no customer service like personal serviceMaybe they need to pick up a phone to be certain there are no concerns and the job is completed

I am trying to share how my complaint was handled by HydrexMy complaint
that was entered on 5/26/has been resolvedIn an effort to answer that complaint, the wedsite would not cooperateSo I am entering this information nowWhen our complaint reached *** ***,operation manager, and ** *** ***,vice presand general manager,they responded right awayThey understood our concern and were in total agreement with usThey refunded the $we paid for the fumigationThey apologized for the manner in which it was handled by their employeesAll we wanted was fair treatmentThe worth of a good company is in how they handle the things that don't go rightThese gentlemen did the right thingWe appreciate it
