Had a cleaning company [redacted] me called Allbright services they came right away fixed everything the best company I've ever dealt with !!!!!

Review: I asked for a quote to strip floors in a restaurant that I manage . A person representing himself as a salesman came in and e-mailed me an estimate. We accepted and they came in and started the job. The job took longer than they anticipated and they came back another day. The work the second day was not as good as the first time, it looked shoddy and unprofessional. Payment was made by check during the first time as per the agreement, not knowing that they would not finish. I asked that the check not be deposited until the work was completed it was agreed by text message. After the second time [redacted] the supposed salesman said that he would return to finish the job. Up until the friday before he said that he was coming. After trying to get confirmation he sent me a slew of text messages claiming that the company was garnishing his wages , he had not been paid in 2 weeks sent me a picture of his wife and 6 month old son. They did not return and have a key to the restaurant that they did not return as well. I did some research on the internet and I find that [redacted] is not an employee but the owner of the company. So apart from not finishing the job, doing an unprofessional and shoddy job, I was also lied to and tried to be taken for a fool. In summary he misrepresented himself, did a horrific job, cashed the check prior to completing the job when he agreed not to. As well as telling his employees to lie to me to avoid being discovered as a scam artist.Desired Settlement: I would like the job to be finished as per the estimate. If he does not want to finish then I would like a refund
