All Building Permit Specialist

Starting my first business was a very difficult task so to hiring someone that would help with the permitting process was very important. I was referred by my contractor to use this business service and my thoughts were they will get things done quicker since they work already with one another. We'll need I must say it wasn't the case. It took me almost one year on completing on the build out on my business and almost the same amount of time it took to get all my permits approved. There were time communication between me and the owner was nonexistent, at times no text response when questions were asked. I understand I didn't understand the process so well, but as a customer and business owner I felt I was not informed when questions were asked. I constantly had to contact her to see what was happening with my documents, again sometimes no response. It was very frustration experience working with her, not sure if she had other jobs she was taking care of and just pushed mines to the side at times maybe. But, in the end I did get my permits with the help of my own client that made sure she was to come in to drop off the documents needed for the permits. If it wasn't for my contacts, she would still probably take her time to run the papers needed by these different departments. As far as what she does she isn't very quick, and expect bad communication. I'm not a person that would write about a business or speak down on anyone, but it was a stressful experience.
