They installed our HVAC when the home was built by [redacted] in 2013. I called for a service estimate and a possible issue with the Air-conditioning unit. The person scheduling the call arrange for a tech to come out next day and give the estimate and look at the unit. The Tech was very nice and helpful and gave us an estimate of putting the HVAC on a maintenance contract as he identified there are nothing needed to work on the unit. The Tech left us the estimate and I am suppose to call the office and arrange for another quote on another condo we own. The same person who arranged the call the day before was very rude and insulting in tune where she demand that we pay $250 service call and claiming that we refused to pay for a service while the Tech only gave us the estimate. She began to be for confrontational and said that she will not send us an invoice identifying why we are to be charged for this amount and demand that we give her a credit card as they have no way of sending invoices

They came to repair our geothermal heating unit almost months agoThey said it was low in refrigerant and replaced itThe unit stopped workingThey came back and said the coil was leaking and we had to buy a new oneThey brought a new one , installed it, preformed a leak test and said it was fineThe unit stopped workingThey came back and said now we can see the leak test shows a leakWe must have broken the coil when we installed itThey brought a new coilAfter installing the coil they said the heating unit still didn't workNow it need a new control panelThey brought a new control panel They said it still doesn't workwe don't know what to doThe next week the service manager came out and said "It's obvious, it needs a different part, we don't have the part but I will use another companies part to fix it until the correct part comes"My wife was concerned that would void our warranty but he assured her it wouldn'tWell, his fix didn't holdWe called and asked
The owners manual Wittman mechanical gave me says that a year warranty is standard, but when my system broke down after years and I called the manufacturer (Waterfurnace) they said that Wittman had only purchased a year warranty for my unit Now Wittman wants to give me a 20% discount on a job that will cost over $I paid nearly $13,for the install, which was not a bargain and I believe that I should get the year warranty that is in the manual that they gave me
