They rip off clients, dont deliver on time and charge excessive prices for an awful service. They also exploit their employees taking advantage of their financial situations. Terrible place.
***, we are very sorry you feel this way about our companyWe would like to state that many of the estimated timelines for the work we quoted you in our proposal was subject to us getting all the information we would needed from the beginning, a lot which we didn't receive until months
into the projectLike the var sheets for the payment portal, and all the detailed copy wanted on the site. The proposal also had no mention of penalties to the project being delayed, which 20/club didn't care about when they decided to opt out of working with us and search for a better developerI apologize for being late to the meeting, as I explained I had a family emergency and could still make it but was going to be lateWe ultimately did end up delivering a working website that was 95% completeBut obviously being such a large project it was going to have some bug polishing that would need to get doneThe club however felt they had lost patience with us and wanted to take their business with someone they could trustWe were very saddened by their decision and tried to do everything in our power to keep the business and satisfy the clientWe offered them a year of free hosting, we forgave the second half of their balance due to not reaching their arguably unrealistic expectationsThe project was done with minor fixes remaining and we even spent a month going over every detail of the copy, images and identity on the siteThe website was nearly perfect which is partly what disappointed us to much about the club wanting to opt out of working with usWe truly do feel bad for what happened and would love to help deliver a working website to 20/club for free of charge at anytime they wantYou can trust that you are only of the clients we ever lost and that we have learned from all mistakes we have made in those experiences Unfortunately we cannot refund any money as we delivered the website that we worked double the hours we anticipated on only to have you guys opt out of the work agreementIf the club would have been able to wait a little longer the project would have been functional and bug freeAs mentioned we have forgave half the balance and in result received less than half the budget originally proposedEven though you do claim to have paid over thousand.
