Review: Initially, I reserved a Nissan Rogue for 10:00 pm on Friday, August [redacted] and unfortunately, the vehicle was not available. I was waiting at the location for over a half an hour, so I called the customer service department at 10:30 pm to see why my reservation was not available therefore the representative switched me over to the Toyota Corolla at 10:38 pm. The gentlemen clearly mentioned that he will adjust my rates and I wont get penalized because he was going to extend the arrival time an hour rather than bringing the car back at 12:30 pm. Unfortunately I was slapped with a 50.00 late fee and I don't see how I could continue to do business if these types of mistakes are picked up and not corrected immediately. Correct this as soon as possible or I this would leave me no choice but to cancel my membership with carpingo to move over to zip car.Desired Settlement: remove the $57.00 late fee and remove the T&E Authorization on August ** at 3:13am for the amount of $35.97

Review: I leased a car from all car them for a month and after two weeks the car would not start I called to report the problem to them they told me that they would refund for the days that the car was out of service for and if I could get the car to start I should take it their mechanic which way out of my way, but the car would not start. so they told me they would pick the car up from me the holidays pass and no one came so I called after the holiday the lady was very rude so I told her close out my transaction and come get her car puls refund me the money for the the remaining days and the days the car dosent work she said ok.this was friday afternoon they picked up the car sometime between friday evening and saturday morning they took the car noone was at home they left the key. on wednesday afternoon I got a call from all car stating that I owe them a balance so I asked why they said they had to flush the car because it had desile oil in it and they had to pay to flush it. this is not possible because I was the one who put gas in the car I would'nt buy desiel.any I asked for reciept they said they cant give me one. I just want my deposit back they are very rude and dont know how to treat customers.

Review: All Car entered into a contract with me -- after the contract expired they insisted that the contract was still in effect and continued to take money out of my account however without giving me the benefits of the contract --- they effectively stole 3,000 in services not provided and not authorizedDesired Settlement: a full appology and restitution of all damages



At this time, I have not been contacted by All Car Rent A Car regarding complaint ID [redacted].


My husband and I have rented a car from AllCar Rent-a-Car on Saturday, September [redacted] due Monday, October [redacted] 8:00am. We have returned it on Sunday, September [redacted]. As a result we have received a call from a representative on Monday, October [redacted] at 8:35am confirming the return. Month later we have received a ticket from NYC Department of Finance Parking Violations for parking violation. It has indicated a parking violation in the area of Brooklyn we have never been before at 2pm October [redacted] with the license plate of the car we have been renting from AllCar Rent-a-car. We have received the ticket in November. Since November we have been trying to contact the headquarters for AllCar Rent-a-Car with lack of response. They would direct us to the person who deals with tickets who never picks up the phone. We have left numerous voice mails and complaints and none of them were responded. In addition, we have stopped by their office and we were shown inappropriate attitude once they figured that we are not there to rent a car. They have rejected to provide us a confirmation for the car return and did not help us with the ticket information. The ticket now is $95 ($45 original) and has been added to collection services. We don't want to get our credit history spoiled only because car Rental Company violates our agreement and fails to provide us customer services. This business is a fraud and is not responsible towards their clientele.

I was in a vehicle accident on September *, 2012, caused by customer operating a vehicle rented by All Car Rent A Car of Brooklyn , NY. I have suffered back and neck injuries as a result of the vehicle impact. I have submitted a claim , police report, photos, and a car repair estimate to [redacted] an All Car Rent A Car representative. I was given claim number [redacted] number and I have spoken to [redacted] in reference to the accident and the investigation that was to take place. I forwarded all information requested of me to obtain vehicle repairs. My first submission was on December **, 2012 and I resubmitted an estimate and photographs of the damage done to my vehicle on March **-**, 2013. My attorney has also made several attempts to reach [redacted] in regards to this matter, this matter has yet to be resolved.
